Guys Plumbing & Heating

I have received excellent service from Guys on several occasions. They book out very quickly due to being a father/son duo. But if they have time between jobs and are in your area, they will try to squeeze you in for small jobs. The woman who answers their phones is 100% honest about how quickly (or not) that they can get you in. I will definitely keep using them.

I called this Guy’s plumbing for a new swamp cooler, got an estimate for 6812 model. Days later, I asked if they can install ASAP if they can. They came , I felt great.

However the invoice I received later on was a lower quality /cheaper model, not the one I was told and paid. There was a $200 deduction and final became $3,344. I called them wondering why a different model was used? Lori said you wanted us do it earlier and we did NOT have that model. I replied : then you should let me know. And she became rude and threatened : she Could take the cooler down.

I also missed the $300 PNM rebate. Customers need to know what they get before any installation.

Gave us a quote and then lied to try to increase the charge. Guy went on a rant, calling our real estate agent a liar-until the seller’s agent provided documentation to prove Guy was lying. Then he walked out on the job halfway through.
They screwed us over so badly that the seller’s real estate agent went to their office to pick up our refund check even though we had already closed and she had no obligation to us any more whatsoever. She just felt so badly about how terrible Guy was.
Also terrible service and hard to get a hold of throughout the process before they came over, told us they couldn’t do multiple things that future plumbers did no problem, all before they lied to us, etc.

Tried calling for information because I need a plumber to get some work done lady answered very rude I asked for malleability next week she said they're completely booked which that's fine I said what about the following weekend she just didn't want any help me at all I definitely don't recommend this company for the poor customer service if they treat their customers like that over the phone I could just imagine

Great Company and Service. Guy's squeezed in a new Swamp Cooler install in early July. Called many local plumbers, many don't return calls and prices were outrageous. Guys showed up when needed, had a fair price and did a great job. They are also very clean. They will be our plumbers from here on out.

Guy and Bud’s service was top notch. My furnace went out in the middle of the coldest storm of the season. They responded promptly, quickly diagnosed, and returned heat to the house. Can’t thank them enough for their professional service. Highly recommend this family owned and operated business.

I've had Guy's out to my home multiple times to service my swamp/switch me over to heat, etc. I do not know what I'd do without these wonderful people! I cannot say enough good about them. They consistently go above and beyond and I'm so grateful every time I see them. Every time I have needed service, they've set expectations; shown up, they know exactly what needs to be done and take care of things as quickly as they can.

Guy and his son were awesome. Very thorough, had all the parts. Very affordable, we will use them again.

We have been using Guy's Plumbing for a number of years. They are prompt, expert plumbers and pleasant to have around. They get the job done quickly and are affordable. So glad we found Guy and Bud!

This is the local small crew that does solid, good work at a very fair price.
For me I am always very concerned with being taken advantage of. Guy and team seemed very trustworthy (solid) and were very respectful and courteous.
I really appreciate their help and level of professionalism all around and will definitely use them for plumbing, heating and a/c needs in the future.
PS - don't pay attention to the old photos of clothes on the Google Maps site (it's something they didn't post and just need to figure out how to remove).
