I am not normally one who writes reviews of businesses but this one deserves an exception. Locally owned and operated, Brothers Electro Mechanical really came through for our family's heating unit in a professional, diligent, and extremely responsive manner. By way of background, we have a fairly new (and extremely-sensitive) Trane Heating unit that has had issues for a couple of years since we moved into our home. It finally starting having major issues when the 'cold snap' hit this year and we called Brothers' to come out and service the unit at a time when every heating unit in Albuquerque was having issues. Vince and his team promptly came out to troubleshoot what turned out to be a firmware issue that required replacement of the Board. In doing so, Vince and his team came out after normal business hours, on weekends, and were extremely responsive at a very busy time for the heating and cooling industry. The good news: after their meticulous troubleshooting efforts, it works great now without a hitch. The great news: they provide a great service at a fair price and could not have been any more gracious and responsive along the way!!!! If I could give these guys ten stars I would!!!!!!! We really just needed an estimate for removing ductwork in our attic. We're adding insulation and wanted any work done before that. Jason came out, on time, and climbed all over our attic to check what vents went where. We have an old solar system that doesn't work anymore. He was thorough and extremely patient explaining what everything was and didn't try to get us to remove ductwork that wasn't a problem.

Jason then went through our house checking which vents went to the solar system so they could be blocked. He checked our AC and heating vents and made a few adjustments. After all that, he followed us outside to check those old solar panels!

We are planning to have the old panels removed, disposed of, and the vents capped by Brothers. I have no doubt they'll do a great job!

These guys are amazing. They came and assessed the situation promptly, produced an estimate for a range of options that gave us good choices for replacing our furnace at different price points, and got the job done quickly (and were so pleasant about it!)--a month before other companies were even available to come out. They helped keep all of us warm -- and the new furnace and repaired ductwork is such an improvement--so much quieter, more effective, and more efficient!!! No one wants to have to replace a furnace on the fly, but I'm actually glad we did! Wish we'd done this sooner!

Brothers management considered our concerns for a quieter HVAC system then quoted a system to best fit our needs which was reasonable compared to other quotes. At the time of installation, the team was timely, considerate of our home and addressed unexpected ventilation issues by adjusting the size of the AC compressor to better fit our home. We will be looking forward to continuing our relationship with Brothers for future needs and maintenance of our new system

Very professional and very personable, and very efficient. They installed a heating and cooling system for us in 2007 and have done the maintenance every ear. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Brothers installed a new Lennox hvac system in January and we were very pleased. They spent a good deal of time figuring out our best option and at a fair price. We were pleased enough that we had them come back and install an additional unit in an unconditioned space. Again, the plan was thorough, the price fair and the installation well executed. As a bonus, Erin helped us get a nice rebate from PNM. They have earned our best regards.

Brother's came out to our home within two hours of us calling. Jason and Chad were perfect professionals and solved our problem quickly. They went over the issue, what they had done, and the charges. I was very impressed with them and will definitely be calling the company again.

Excellent service! Vince Brother came out on short notice and fixed my refrigerated air unit. He was straight forward and charged a fair price.
I will definitely use and recommend this company again.
