NJ Affordable HVAC Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I had a problem with my A/C compressor during the latest hot spell. Called Alex at NJ Affordable at 6:30 a.m./ he called back at about 8:45 a.m./arrived at about 9:15 a.m./ He had the part in the truck and fixed the problem by 9:30 a.m. Very happy that he was located in the area and available as the heat spell continues. I called a few others who weren't available for days.

Needed to have valves on the water meter replaced. Very honest and told me that I only needed to replace one, not both valves and was considerate about me not spending money on something that isn't a necessity. Also, gave advice on what to do regularly for maintenance and preventative care of plumbing throughout my house. Very helpful and would definitely go to for anything that comes up down the road.

Alex came to fix my bathtub faucet which was leaking bad for a couple of days. He was very responsive, did a great job, gave me some great advices, was very professional. Thank you!

I lost heat on a pretty new furnace. I called around and many people wouldn't come out until the next day at least. Had to send the family somewhere else to sleep but called NJ Affordable and a technician came out to my house in 30-45 minutes, diagnosed the problem and solved it in under an hour and I had heat and happiness. I had an A/C problem on my rental property in Belleville for the pass two days this other contractor could find out the problem when finally decided to call another contractor and I'm so happy i found Nj affordable , Alex was able to find the problem quick and offer me options for the solution , i decide to replace the equipment due to the age of it. Our central AC ceased working during one of the hottest stretches of the summer. Other companies said they couldn't come out for a couple of days. Alex showed up the next day as promised. He checked our system in full before diagnosing the problem. All questions were answered and the work was done professionally and efficiently. We highly recommend him and will use him for all future plumbing related work.

When you walk into your basement and get a strong smell of sewage, well you know there's a problem. I called NJ Affordable 8am on a Saturday morning and Abe was dispatched to fix the problem and here by 8:45. Now, Abe could have told me anything (what do i know) but i felt he was very honest and took the least expensive route to correct the problem. He even went above and beyond and showed me how to check the trap in sewer line and determine if the problem was inside or in the main line out to the street (which would have been much more expensive to fix) Also suggested that i perform that check periodically to look for build up which will eventually cause a back-up and how to shop vac it out prior to it becoming a major problem. Had he told me it was the main line, quite honestly I'd not have known the difference and would have paid a lot more than i did this morning. Thank you you guys rock
