Professional, friendly, and informative! After reading neighborhood Facebook group recommendations for Shore Comfort and reading his comments/responses, I’m happy to have finally met Mike :)

Mike is the best. I have used him personally and I recommend him to anyone in need of an hvac contractor. He is very responsive and does what he says he will do. Reasonable price for exceptional service.

Mike impressively replaced & installed my electric water heater in 1 hour.(by himself) He was very professional, courteous and quoted a very fair price (comparing to many other quotes I received) I highly recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for quality work at a honest price.

Mike is the best. I have had to call him twice this year for an issue and he came to assess the problem within a day. he figured out what was wrong, obtained the replacement part and fixed it. He is an expert on the Navien Tankless water heaters which is what I have. I will call him for all my house service needs.

Mike is the guy you always HOPE shows up when you call for a repair or service. (He's also the guy I've learned to call to fix things when another company messes things up in the first place.)
When my air conditioner unit got knocked into by the lawn contractor(!) and had to be replaced, he recommended the best unit for my particular house.
When my attic needed HVAC, another guy had recommended expanding existing ductwork like cobwebs, but Mike recommended the top of the line, most efficient unit to do the job (instead of running my old system into its grave trying to handle space it was never set up for).
I consistently can count on his knowledge and experience to answer any question, explain things in a way I can understand, and get the job done right!
