I would like to sincerely thank Mike from Shore Comfort services for a job well done. Mike arrived the day I called him!! Within an hour Mike Purchased and changed the valve on my combination heating and hot water system. I’m back in working order Mike was punctual very knowledgeable and he knew how to troubleshoot to find the problem.

I had a drain pipe crack in my laundry room and Mike came in and took care of it. My wife was home and said Mike was super nice and professional and got the job done. I will be calling him again and recommending him to all I know.

Mike was supposed to come out today to service my tankless water heater. We made the appointment for today in am. They never showed up even after repeated calls and texts. I took the day off from work since I live up north. I finally decided to head back home. I texted Mike again to tell him how unprofessional this was and that I would be writing a review where I could. Only then did he reply with.... "was trying to catch up with people with no ac." It would have been nice had he told me. Total waste of time.

I was in need of a plumber to come take a look at a leak in my bathroom. Mike reached out to offer his services. He’s very responsive, professional and was right on time. Definitely plan on using him for the repairs and any HVAC/Plumbing issues I have in the future.

Michael was great and responsive fixed everything so quick. Beyond impressive and grateful I called him and he showed up right away... he replaced the motor blower to a old 1986 trane furnace saved me thousands just be before the holidays thank you so much Michael

Mike offered his assistance to try & help with our heating issue. Stopped by the same day after we contacted him. Although the he was not able to fix our heating issue, he diagnosed the problem as best as he could. Very nice guy. We'd definitely have him come back for other projects that need to be done.
