You have to wonder about the integrity of a company who, when requesting an estimate to replace a water heater and fix some leaks, starts off telling you it's a $75 charge (rebated if they get the work), then tells you it's a $250 charge (for exactly the same estimate) when they discover you have just bought the property.
Sure are some shark-infested waters around Ridgewood. Avoid.

Great Service! Called at 9.30 am, someone came in by 11.15 am. Fixed my AC in half hour. I thought I will have to replace my central air since it is a very old Unit. He said it is working perfectly. Very satisfied with the service. Will call them again if needed.

Just had a new condenser and coil installed and had some repairs done by these guys. Our prior AC cement was not level, they fixed it with some quick cement, got everything installed, and were super professional. The price also seemed very fair, I ran the quote by our realtor since we are getting ready to list and they also said it was very fair. I have nothing but good things to say about this team.
