Very good experience with Rite Rate. You see our main water line erupted during wee hours and it was very frustrating. I called Rite Rate around 1 AM and thank goodness someone answered. They came in less than an hour and fixed our water lines within 2 hours. They charged a little bit more (expected as this is an emergency, but not too much like other emergency plumbers we have used before). They are easy to talk top as I also negotiated the rate a little bit. Don't be afraid to negotiate with them as they will provide you with discounts too. Recommended.

Amazing service!! Finding a plumbing/heating company around my area is easy as one click away, but finding a 'quality and honest' one who truly cares for their works, the well being of your family and is not trying to 'zip code price' you is rare. Al and associates are professional, super neat and clean. They go above and beyond to make sure everything was done professionally and safely. Reasonable pricing. Super fast response. And the list goes on.... Definitely our go-to whom we trust!

Our A/C at the house had stopped blowing out cold air in the middle of summer when we decided to give Rite rate a call. Their Tech was able to come out within 30 minutes of us calling and had everything fixed and running again before lunch. The tech explained exactly what went wrong, what he did to fix it, and how to prevent it from recurring, and also outlined some low-cost, do-it-yourself steps we could take to save some money on future maintenance/servicing.

I called this company for replacement of my water tank. The person who answered my call was extremely rude and unprofessional with such an attitude I have never experienced before. I asked politely, "Can you come and replace my water tank", and he goes someone has to visit the job site to see the size of the tank. So I told him I know that the size of the tank and then he goes "if you don't want to pay $95, find someone else. Don't waste our time. We are very busy". O.k.
I called this company since they had perfect review but based on my experience they are not even 1 star.

I would go elsewhere if you're seeking an HVAC technician. Unlike other HVAC techs in the area, Rite Rate charges a flat fee for coming out to your home and they're not actually very good techs.

They told me my central AC was un-repairable and that I needed a new system ($6-8k cost). But the next morning a tech from another company came out and fixed it in 20 mins!

Rite Rate was prompt -- but if you want a good tech I would look elsewhere.

We had a terrible slab leak in our driveway that caused us to shut off our water every day before we left for work. We found them on Google and they worked with us every step along the way. They were always on time and kept us updated with what was going on. It's been over a month since the repairs and everything is running better than ever! I consider them my go-to for any issues I have in the future. Would work with them again 100%

This happened at two of my properties. At both places, the HVAC unit stopped blowing hot air. Tenants were suffering. I needed a reliable service that could finish both jobs at once. They assured me that they can send people to both places. They delivered on their promise and both units were fixed. Highly impressed with the service.

Have an old floor furnace and a plumber came out to evaluate and repair the fact that it was always shutting off. He adjusted the sensor flame, cleaned the sensor unit, and found the heater was in good working order. This gave me peace of mind. He even had a replacement cap for the heater in his truck (junked from a non-working heater) that fit just right! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Everyone at Rite Rate Heating & Cooling is amazing! I was looking for a good Air Conditioning Service in Ridgewood NJ and was lucky to find them. They are very professional, they work fast and are very kind. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. A+

At first, it was just a leaking faucet in the bathroom. While I was considering possible solutions to this problem, the water heater broke. I found this service off the internet and I am glad it was the best choice. They fixed the water heater and the leaking faucet at an affordable rate and within my ideal timeframe. I am a satisfied customer.
