This company came to my home a day ago and I walked away very, very displeased. I contacted the owner of the company to note much of my displeasure. For starters, this man's sole intent was to listen to my problem. He gave me his time and his understanding. So much so that we spoke over 35 minutes! He did not rush me, nor did he make excuses. He educated me on the areas that are problematic, why they are problematic, and the potential concerns that can be going forward in a very honest way. He did so very well. Not only did he listen very well, he empathized, he understood, applied accountability and wanted very much to fix the problem so that I could be a satisfied consumer. This type of customer service is very rare these days. As well, the character of this man and his company are extremely important to note. This company and its representatives offer knowledge, are helpful, well trained, and they care. This is most certainly a company I will look for again and again for service when in need because they have proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and earnest. Thank you, Nu Air! You have been a blessing to my family!

Nu-Air did a complete revamp of my system at our office. 3 complete systems in all and did a great job at a competitive price. They worked until the job was completed and are always available for support when I call. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I am extremely happy with the job Nu-Air performed installing a new AC system and cleaning the ducts. They were a pleasure to work with. Always responsive. Fairly priced. I would definitely recommend!

Was contracted thru Select Home Warranty i made my appt the tech came out claimed he diagnosed my dishwasher issue then took my email address and 45$ service fee. Its been almost 3 weeks havent heard from them since. Do not do business with this place.

I have worked with Nu AIr for 10 years for both residential and commercial services. Prompt, timely services with pleasant technicians and great office communication. I would highly recommend working with these great folks!

Beyond disappointed. Came into my home and belittled me telling me it was my job to change my filters and not my landlords. The way he spoke to me was disgusting. As a business owner he was completely unprofessional! He clearly is not used to dealing with women in business. Misogynistic as hell.

Do not use these contractors, I had the service tech out three times and he still hasn't fixed the problem. Also tech was on his phone speaking about paint (which had nothing to do with my washer repair).

Took the time to do the job right (two chimney repointings). Showed up on time and cleaned up after the job. Topped it off with a waterproofing coat. Well recommended.

Great customer service. Very punctual, is sure to call before hand of technician coming out. Very clean and friendly.
