United does service right! I am SO grateful to know my heat will work in these cold winters, because the United team has installed and maintained my unit throughout the years. Every technician is competent and courteous. My Highest recommendations!!
THEY DID IT AGAIN! This time it was reliable AC service and maintenance. A cool house is something you might take for granted - UNTIL the AC quits! Thanks to United that has NEVER HAPPENED here since they installed our unit 12 years ago. No worries.. we've got United. 2022 UPDATE: Called for service on a leaky toilet. Technician diagnosed the problem and gave options for repair, then had it done before noon. A/C tech came at the same time to keep our unit in tip top shape, just in time for the heat wave. Both techs were knowledgeable and courteous. VERY SATISFIED!!

United was great! I scheduled the appointment for the next week and they called me with a reminder, the day before. The technician (Zack) was right on time and he diagnosed the cause of the leak under my sink, provided me with a written estimate and got to work. Zack was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I will definitely call United again.

We are members of United, and we have been happy with the support we have gotten. They have handled a range of tasks, including water heater flushes, HVAC tune-ups, and most recently the repair of a gas line leak. It has been a pleasure working with them. The techs are kind and educated, and scheduling is quick and simple.

A plumbing/air conditioning problem and a water heater problem were being worked on by two of our United's technicians. The men were great; they were competent and helpful. Although we've hired a few plumbers in the past, we haven't yet discovered one we enjoy. We shall use these men as our plumbers in the future.

Due to the way my home is built, it's never easy dealing with the water heater. Thank goodness for Dondi! He took the time to measure the space in the attic, the attic opening and the clearance - all to ensure a proper installation. To top things off, he did all this just nights before Christmas so I would have a safe water heater & hot water over the holiday. No shortcuts were taken! Thanks for the peace of mind.

Evan was a big assistance when we had a plumbing emergency. On a Sunday, he came out right away and fixed the issue. We will be using him again and highly recommend him.

Waited for at least a week to review. Ronnie has done a great job at repairing the toilet with hidden cistern - the water wouldn't stop flowing. He was very professional and came in on time (considering that the issue occurred late night). Service was pricey (unfortunately we weren't able to get the first time customer discount even though i mentioned on the call as per website instruction) however he got the job done. Thank you Ronnie for your help!

The plumber that came out phoned ahead to let us know when he would arrive, and was on time. He identified what the issue was and had the parts to fix the problem. He made sure that the area repaired held pressure. Backfilled the area of the repair and removed any debris from the area. Very nice guy, we would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.

We had a great rain water harvesting tank installed by plumbers. The plumbers did an excellent job, and their prices were extremely reasonable. I appreciate the dependable service as always.

Kendrick was very courteous and professional. He very patient and took his time repairing two showers that were not functioning properly. I would definitely recommend him to others who are in need of a plumber.
