Unquestionably the best plumber we've ever had! When the geothermal system stopped working, we had to replace it with a gas water heater and furnace, and Evan was there with his truck, ready for anything. The gas provider conducted an inspection and declared the work to be flawless. When we got into difficulties, Evan had the right tools to keep things moving. Recently, our good tank and pump also stopped working, and he was also able to fix those. Happy to have such qualified assistance available. I'd confidently refer them to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue. Highly Recommended !

The technician, Kendrick Rollins called my phone about 45 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was on the way.
He arrived well within the appointment window and went straight to work.
He inspected the shower which needed repair because the faucets leaked, got his tools and began disassembling the valves and found they were frozen.
When he finally was able to extract them, he found that he didn't have replacement stems on his truck so he left and drove to a plumbing supply to secure replacements.
Upon returning successfully, he installed the valves, checked the system for leaks and asked me to check it out to insure I was satisfied with the job.
Actually, I was delighted and felt he had done a great job.
We had also agreed it was time to flush my water heated and he completed that job quickly and efficiently.
Kendrick was professional, and displayed a great work ethic throughout the job. He was friendly and respectful of our home.

If you need any plumbing work done, go no farther than Newark Plumber, Drain & HVAC Co. Evan is reliable, timely, and polite. Two joints on the pipe I was using broke. Within 30 minutes, he had arrived and repaired the pipe's two intersecting joints. Value-wise, it was excellent for the time and effort put in. The final total was much less than I had anticipated.

Fix the running toilet, and fix the pipe in the shower that keeps leaking: Excellent, Jacob! I called this Plumbing Services to investigate a leak in my shower and a toilet that wouldn't flush. George showed up the very next day, and the staff was really helpful over the phone. Jacob was very cordial and he laid me all of my choices for fixing the problem in detail. I barely noticed his presence, but he finished the work quickly and to my satisfaction. personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in your home. Jacob did a great job, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

After reading the wonderful 5-star review on Google, I called Newark Plumber & HVAC, and Evan lived up to my expectations. He promptly returned our inquiry and came by to give us an estimate. He put in a gas tankless water heater and discovered, after checking every sink and shower faucet, that three of them needed fixing. We will most definitely hire them again in the near future.

Great experience using United Plumbing. Same day service, great price and a knowledgeable, courteous plumber(Brandon). The scheduler was friendly, phoned to tell me plumber was on his way and texted picture of plumber along with tracker app so I could follow his progress to my destination. The plumber even wore boots in house and cleaned up after himself! I would definitely use their services again

Remi from United Plumbing was incredible. He completed a difficult plumbing repair, fixing a leak to my old galvanized piping leading to my water heater. He completed the job efficiently and avoided more costly repairs. He even was thorough enough to make sure all my lines were flushed before we placed the faucet filters back on. I highly recommend him and the company.

The team at United consistently does a great job. They are honest, professional and true experts in the fields of heating/cooling and plumbing. But they also have an impressive home division as well. Mark Milosevic recently completed some complicated vintage bathroom tile repairs and plaster ceiling work for us after a plumbing leak. A meticulous craftsman, Mark did an amazing job. Highly recommended.

Harley came out on a Saturday. I am very happy with United. We have used other companies in the past, including John Moore which is the absolute worst plumbing company....but United is the polar opposite. They show up on time. They are professional clean and friendly. They give you a price and do not oversell once the price is set. Excellent company. This is the third time we had them out..
