I did not share details of my experience so wanted to say working with Marcel and his team was incredible! They provided a perfect, timely service at a good cost. Marcel was incredibly helpful in so many ways throughout the process. HIGHLY recommend!

They installed our AC system .While they have done a very good job in installation.They never seem to have time for repair after the installations. I always had to call other authorized York dealers to deal with maintainance and repairs. This to me is not acceptable if you are not able to service or repair the systems you have installed then what is the point in staying in the business.

They always comeup with some excuse when trying to book an appointment for repairs.They seem to only want to install new systems, they don't care about you once your system is installed.

Update to response from owner :So over Ten year systems are not supposed to be serviced? We even took ten year extended Warranty and all we ever asked was give cost when performing a service . We even purchased 10 year extended warranty thru your company only .I don't know what else any homeowner could do,So please stop giving excuses for not wanting to do small routine maintenance jobs.We have been getting annual maintenance from some other company as your company refuses to do routine maintenance but since installation was done by you guys and we have an issue with the way system was installed.

Marcel and his crew are competent, efficient and professional. They installed a new furnace and central air unit with all ductwork and it came out perfect. Marcel met with me, reviewed the plans, scoped out the project, and explained in detail what he was going to do. He answered all my questions respectfully and patiently, never ever making me feel stupid (I’m not too knowledgeable on HVAC - but feel that Marcel provided a great education!) Marcel also made recommendations that were both helpful and which I went with in my project. Before I made my final decision on an HVAC contractor, Marcel provided a detailed quote that was a full two pages, identifying the units to be used, the work to be performed and the timetable. I thought his bid was reasonable and fair, and he certainly took into account my budget concerns. What I found especially refreshing with Marcel is that he was accessible and always got back to me, when not just being proactive and reaching out to me. He’s a man of his word and in the trades, integrity is something I highly value. I would recommend Marcel and Blue Air One without any reservation if you’re looking for the best HVAC experience. Marcel puts you at ease and then delivers. It’s that simple.
