Top Notch Company with great customer service and an outstanding installation team. Blue Air replaced my entire heating and cooling system along with the water heater. The service I received from the initial call to request a quote to the final installation was outstanding. Along the way they made sure I was informed and took the time to break down the
entire process and what to expect if I went with them.

In regards to pricing, they were very understanding and accommodating to make sure I did not go over budget. On the day of the install they arrived on time (8:00AM) and with a large team. Four service trucks and 8 team members. Before the install, I walked the project with the owner to re-confirm how he was planning to place the systems and if I had any questions or concerns before they started. If anything had to be changed during the install, they would make me aware and ask for approval.

I must add that they work very clean and were constantly cleaning up as the project progressed throughout day. They treated my home with the upmost respect. They were very coordinated and organize. Once the install was done, the owner called me down and explained how the systems worked and answered all my questions. Very comforting to know that great companies like Blue Air are a phone call away. Thank you for everything.
