Incredible service. I’ve had minor issues with my heating unit and they’ve been very professional and super helpful. Recently, I had to call late at night, when I got back home from work, and they made themselves available and gave me instructions over the phone. Cannot overstate how much help they have been.

Don't hesitate to call up Palomino Heating! I called around and no one local could come or they didn't bother calling back. Another place wanted a $130 service fee just for coming. Jose let me know he was in the next town over and would come over when he was done. There was no service charge and he came fairly quick. My system needed a replacement part, which he got the same day and returned later that night to get my heat working again. He also taught me things about my system that I had no idea about, explaining how it was contributing to an issue I had. He assured me what I had was sufficient and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Someone else checked on the pricing for me and said it would cost about same amount I was quoted if they were honest. I felt like I could trust these guys and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with their HVAC system.

When you finally find someone truly genuine and honest in this service industry as Jose where others just simple charge for showing up you definitively owe an honest review. Before contacting Jose to be honest I did contact some other professional companies looking at their 5 star ratings online and I'm so glad that I called Jose and explained him the issue with my two HVAC units suddenly being unresponsive , he honestly asked me if I did the basic trip and power checks over the phone itself instead of rushing in to just show up and charge, trust me its very rare to find a professional like this , the moment I spoke to him I was sure to request Jose to come and check the issue with my HVAC units .
He kept his word and showed just within couple of hours as he promised even though I had called him a bit late in the day. He showed up and opened the HVAC units and explained me that the units weren't getting any power and requested me to show him the main emergency switches with one glance he knew that the main circuit switches were turned off and he asked me to change the positions on them and boom they started working as usual.
I really appreciate the fact since he had come all the way down to my place to address the issue and took some time out of his super busy schedule to address my situation, if it would have been someone else in this industry would have 100% charged me for their professional time but Jose is a gem of person he literally waived off his fees for his time and fixing the root cause . I'm so glad that now I will be rest assured that I know someone so genuine and professional to do regular maintenance and fix any issues with HVAC system.
I highly recommend Jose to address any issues with your HVAC system and I'm sure you will be as glad and rest assured as I'm that you hired his services .
