I called Jose for assistance late at night as my heater and thermostat seemed to had died. As agreed, Jose came on time the next afternoon and quickly identified the minor issue with my heater which did not need any major repairs. I appreciated his efficiency and honesty in diagnosing this and giving advice on the state of the unit.

Jose is very diligent, and professional. He took his time and was able to correct an oil boiler constant shut off issue. I am very happy not to be receiving text and calls from the tenants. He had also helped install a new gas heating furnace unit at another property in JC. I would highly recommend Jose for heating repair, maintenance and installation services.

It’s tough to find someone to service an oil burner/boiler when you don’t have a contract and buy COD oil. I’m glad I finally got it touch with Jose at Palomino heating. They promptly answered my call and were able to get my heat back up and running the same day.

In fact, Jose's team originally installed boiler way back in 2008. You can count on Jose if urgent service is needed immediately! The cost is always reasonable, and the customer service is excellent and spot on.

Jose was more prepared than the other 3 plumbers I called before him to deal with my no heat/ hot water issue. Not only did he have the automatic water feeder handy in his van but he was HALF the price. Overall he saved us from fishing out a lot of money and even swung by at 9pm to resolve the problem.
