Having just moved in to a new home, we were a bit alarmed when our heat didn’t work! Our technician (Joe) was on time both times he came, the work was completed efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. We’re so glad to have found our go to HVAC contractor in the area. Highly recommended!!

Frank and his team are exceptional! We’ve used them for repairs, install of heating and cooling in our prior house and we plan to use them again for our current home which desperately needs need units. After at least 7 years of using this company, I will never use anyone else. I recommend Frank, Brian and the team to all I come in contact with. Calls are returned promptly regardless of the hour and Frank always manages to fit us in his schedule for immediate service. Keep up the great work!

Central Jersey Air is is an excellent company for heating and air-conditioning. Frank and his staff are very reliable, personable, respectful, and helpful. I had a new air conditioner and heater placed 10 years ago and it has been working well. The company offers preventive maintenance.

Recently the capacitor on the AC needed to be replaced and Brian did an excellent job. I received service for the replacement the same day within an hour after making the phone call.

The owner Frank came to my home and gave me an estimate for a replacement for my old AC Unit. He was very informative and professional. Frank and his crew arrived right on time and installed the new AC Unit and took away the old - I work from home and I barely knew they were even there! They all wore booties and masks and covered my stairs and floor with tarps, to keep everything clean- I really appreciated that! I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and if I need any heating or AC service in the future, I will definitely use Central Jersey AC.

Our home's central air stopped working on Sunday during 97 degree heat. I called Central Jersey on Monday morning after looking through reviews of HVAC contractors on Google. Frank was very responsive in scheduling a technician to arrive by noon the same day. Even called to let me know when he was running late. Upon arrival Joe was very professional and prompt in his diagnosis of the problem. Unfortunately after replacing a part and testing it he discovered that it wasn't the solution. I understand that can happen and he was very honest with me which I appreciated. It may have been that our AC's air handler was a little over his head (more electronic than other models according to some) and he said he couldn't get additional help to come out to our house to diagnose it correctly. Again, very honest. He said his boss told him on on the phone that they don't service this particular model of Trane air handler so they won't be able to help me today. A bit awkward, especially when my house thermostat was pushing 88 degrees, but there was no charge for their time due to the misunderstanding. I can't complain about that. I wish it had worked out cause they seemed like a contractor that was very responsive and upfront with the customer.

Response to owner - Totally understand that Frank. As a business owner these are decisions you are making just as I'm making a decision as a consumer to put my trust in your company. If you are overcommitted with other work, that's fine, just communicate as such. I would just like folks to know who don't have a service contract and are in bind, what they may encounter. Again, not being negative just presenting what transpired. Everyone meant well, it just didn't work out. Thanks

Central Jersey Air did an outstanding job on the installation of our new heater and air conditioner, including new ductwork for a bedroom addition. The owner, Franco, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to use them after both of my neighbors gave them rave reviews and we are really happy with their knowledge, work ethic,, care for our home and friendliness. We especially liked having the work done by Brian who did most of the installation work. Highly recommended!

Replaced both zones with new heating & AC install

I can feel the difference with a more efficient system - the air is circulating better, the house is cooler quicker, the system is quieter...can't wait to see the lower energy bills

We've used Central Jersey for maintenance in the past and recently used them for installation of a new heater and AC unit. Everything was installed exactly as described, the team was on time, and the install was very neat and professional. Frank was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We won't hesitate to use them in the future for any other HVAC needs.

2021- If your AC unit breaks down at 9pm in a heatwave, Central Jersey Air is the place the call!! Frank, the owner, took the evening call and came out to our residence personally to repair our AC unit. I couldn’t be more pleased and appreciative for their service and expertise. I would give Central Jersey Air 6+ stars if I could. Thanks again!!!

2019- We recently got a new furnace and humidifier installed by this company. Frank and his team did a great job! They’re very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They install all Trane units, which are very reliable and well made.

All the units and installation have long warranties associated with them. Plus, since we got our units installed in the winter, the team is coming back in the spring/summer to make sure everything is running properly for the change in seasons.

I would recommend Central Jersey Air Conditioning to all my fellow Hamiltonians.
