2nd time I visited them they had exactly what I needed to fix my HVAC system.Very honest and professional.

Hands down the best HVAC supplyhouse in the area. In our industry everything is about relationships, they treat their customers right and are always there to help. WARNING-If you're a homeowner or "Joe" the handyman don't shop here. They won't sell to you, Thank GOD!!! One more MR. FIX IT SAVED or DISASTER AVOIDED.

Purchased equipment from Johnstone supply in South Plainfield the Johnstone in Hamilton is much closer to the job where we were working at they refused a warrantee swap out even though they acknowledge they were under warranty because they were bought at a different branch . even spoke to the manager Paul Who also acknowledged they were under warranty from the manufacture still had no interest in providing service. Stay away from this branch at all costs

I asked the seller for something and he sold me the wrong thing and then when I was going to exchange it they told me that they will not exchange it because I removed the wrapping.

Truckdrivers stay away from this store. Located 21 minutes from their new store but refuse to unload because they need to get home to their family
