Have had great experiences with this company twice for plumbing work. They are very clear about pricing upfront, reasonable price quotes, very nice, polite and professional and reliable. Would definitely recommend!

Justin was very well mannered and came on time as promised. Though it was a small job of disconnecting and connecting a gas furnace for carpet install, he was very knowledgeable about the codes. I’ve dealt with Igor in the past, and now with one of his team members. I have nothing but great things to say.

Looking to add a gas line to the back deck. I went through a few plumbers who gave some out of budget prices; some were ridiculous. Water Mac was reasonable and gave quick responses to any questions I had. Igor was very helpful when he came to do the initial walkthrough and his team; Kyle and Justin that came out to do the work were equally as helpful and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Very satisfied with Watermac!

We’ve used WaterMac a few times now. Remarkably well organized, communicative, on time, professional and helpful. Rarely do I ever go out of my way to tell friends about a business, but this is one damn well oiled machine. Whoever runs it should write a book and then everyone else who runs a business needs to read it.
