This has the be the best small business I have ever dealt with!! Owner operator and they treat every client as if they were doing work in their own home!! Impeccable, on time, outstanding customer service, and I felt totally safe having them in my home. All proper safety protocols were enforced to the max! What a pleasure to actually have Queen Sweep come to my house and service my chimney!

I was looking to have air conditioning installed in my new home (built in 1857)!!! I was shocked when they came out the following week (quicker then I thought).
I sent them a text and they immediately called me back to discuss what I neede bc "It is easier to discuss via phone so nothing is lost in translation). Mind you it was 9 at night and still they contacted me.
The time they took to go through my 4000 sq ft home was impressive to say the least. We discussed my options and costs involved with each.
When I forgot to ask a question, I texted them (ON THE WEEKEND) and they immediately responded and answered my question.
My friend recommended them and I am so glad she did!

Great company that I highly recommend. I needed a rush inspection and chimney sweep with repairs prior to a closing date with a tight time line. Queen came to our rescue after multiple calls to similar companies that could not do the inspection and repairs before we had to close. Queen Sweep was professional at all times and performed the job with TLC with no cleanup issues...

Responded with in hours. Joe and Tracey are professional and friendly. They fixed the leak and took care of other issues I needed fixed.

I had a non emergency plumbing issue and was fortunate enough to get Joe to come and fix a problem that 2 previous plumbers were unable to fix.
I then made an appointment to have my central air conditioning serviced for a regular maintenance visit. I messed up the appointment time and wasn’t home when they arrived. They were so patient and accommodating and completed the work outside until they could gain indoor access.
They are very reliable , professional and affordable. I highly recommend them!
