DMC Plumbing and Heating

I recently had a leak in my bathroom caused by the unit upstairs. I called Tom from DMC and he was professional and thorough. He had a team out to check on the leak within an hour of my phone call. They worked diligently to identify the issue. Due to the damage, I also needed a new ceiling and insulation, and DMC coordinated the entire job for me. Obtaining their COI took about 20 minutes, which we all know is not always the easiest thing. They managed this repair for me perfectly and I feel fortunate to have found a trustworthy, professional and insured plumbing company. They made this entire job easy for me and my bathroom looks fantastic. I highly recommend DMC.

DMC has been fantastic dealing with all of our plumbing/HVAC needs that have come up. The office staff is attentive and responsive and each technician has thoroughly explained what the issue was and any related issues.

I was in dire need of a replacement for my leaky kitchen faucet. I called DCM Plumbing and Heating and got immediate action.Tommy( he owner) called me and asked what the problem was. He said no problem, I’ll send you a picture of the type of faucet you want. That was as immediate as the call. He promised me the tech ,(Sal) Would be at my house at 8:00AM and did not disappoint. He was on time efficient and because of what’s going on came complete with both mask and booties. He did a beautiful job and left the sink area immaculate. This is a very professional service and I would recommend it highly to anyone that needs a plumber. I will definitely use them again, you won’t be disappointed if you do too!

Well! My husband and I met this young man called Kevin. He was very nice. And he was very informative about the product that his company was installing. I liked Kevin because we trusted him in our home. He arrived on time, and he cleaned the area that a was mess. I think Kevin should receive 10 stars. Good Job Kevin!

I am very happy with the service provided by Shawn at DMC Plumbing. He was very professional, knowledgable and patient with answering all my questions. As a recent widow I am not familiar with ins and outs of home maintenance so I would definitely recommend this company.

I had interaction with them for a shutoff valve replacement. Tiffany at customer service is very professional and efficient. She got the certificate of insurance done for me very quickly. Because the available schedule did not fit my need, I had to look somewhere else. However, I would recommend this plumbing company.

If there was a place to put negative stars I would. My furnace broke down on Wednesday DMC didn't get back till Friday. Left messages and never got back!!!! Left me without heat for a week. They don't return calls. Denise the owner of the company called me back only to be rude and hang up on me. Do not use them!!! I don't think they know anything about HVAC as they can't even be bothered to return calls or service clients. Negative 10 stars.

I used DMC to install a new 50 Gal water tank based on the good review written here and conversation i had with the technician that gave me the quote. They seem professional and honest, don't fall into the trap! 2 months after the installation i started having problems with hot water. I own a multifamily and the technician never mentioned anything about gallon i should get for the new tank. He told me if the current 50 gal tank is enough for all families that i should stick with 50 gal tank. I was talking to other people who owns multifamily they all said i need at least 75 gallon for 3 family dwellings. So long story short, couple months after the installation tenants complaint about insufficient hot water in the apartment. So I called DMC for someone to come over and check. The technician told me nothing is wrong with the tank so he moved up the temperature hoping the problem will go away but it didn't. I was charged a service fee. Two weeks later i called them again and reported the same problem. I told them that this time i was not going to pay a dime as they never fixed the issue. So they sent someone who i think is less experienced because he told me the same thing that the first person came. He upped the temperature to C this time and left after being there for 5 mins and of course the problem didn't go away. I called them again and this time they never responded. So in conclusion don't use this company as they're unprofessional and inexperienced. They tried to get away with mistakes they caused.

I am very happy with my experience. Kevin was very helpful and thorough with his suggestions. Best experience I've had with a plumber. I love how professional and fast they were with their service. If I need services in the future, I will definatelly contact them again and reffered them to my friends and family.
