From the beginning, MCP was organized, their communication was excellent, and they answered any and all questions I had. Which was a lot. They offered several options for mini-split heating and cooling, including one that none of the other HVAC guys did, a ducted system in our attic for our upstairs rooms. This avoided having head units in each room-all we have is a vent in our ceilings. The work crew was on time every day, friendly, professional, respectful of My home and family, they cleaned up each day, and took the time to let me know where they were in the install and what was going to happen tomorrow. The installed system works great, is easy to use, and is much more efficient than our previous one. Highly recommend MCP for your next HVAC project.
