The Gas Connection LLC

The gas connection is the worst. They put is a funace a few years ago, I called for service and I was told we cant help you.

Actually you did put a furnace in for me at 61 Walnut st . You never ask if I had been a customer and pretty much hung up .

We have used Gas Connection for years and have always received excellent service. Jason is a fantastic technician and we highly recommend this company.

Delivered as promised. Installers were knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kept us informed as to progress. They kept work space clean.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN! WE GOT A STEAM BOILER PUT IN MY PARENTS HOME 9 YEARS AGO BY THIS COMPANY WHICH CAME WITH A 10 YEAR WARRANTY AND NOW WE ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH IT AND TOLD US THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT NOW. THE WARRANTY DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING TO THEM, PRETTY MUCH WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU CALL IN THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE WITH AN EXCUSE THAT ITS A NEW OWNER AND THEY CANT HELP ME. SHE EVEN TOLD ME TO GO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX MY PROBLEM. ID RECOMMEND THAT IF THERE IS A NEW OWNER, CHANGE THE NAME AND INFORMATION OF THE COMPANY IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO TAKE ON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CERTAIN THINGS WITH PRIOR CUSTOMERS. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR BUSINESS.

Also, be aware of the company Burnham, which is the steam boiler manufacture which is also not willing to give any advise on fixing or taking responsibility for their product saying the boiler they manufacture and give a 10year warranty is not their problem either.

Arrival on time and called ahead. The technician was courteous and informative. He did a great job!

The technicians I had work with are courteous friendly and knowledgeable they offer a fair and reasonable quote, they live up to their work

Called them to get an estimate, they were supposed to call me back but never did.

They are respond quickly and offer a great value! Additionally, they are very flexible with scheduling.

Very quick to respond, great service, and very honest and trustworthy. Altogether a great experience.

The Gas Connection provides first-rate service, and Jason is the best.
