Fantastic!! We struggled to find a company to help us out in a timely manner after our hot water heater died. The Gas Connection was helpful, responsive and fit us in as soon as they could. They answered all our questions and worked with us to install a tankless water heater. So pleased.

They put in our hot water heater and furnace . When ever we have called them they’ve come out in a timely manner and are very personable and professional .
Jason was extremely awesome when we had issues with the furnace he made several trips out to the house .
Highly recommend them .
This was all done in the last 6 months furnace most recent .

We had Jay come over whom was fast, efficient, & extremely knowledgeable. He had our furnace back up and running in no time. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone we know.

The Gas Connection has prompt reliable service, the Service tech was knowlegeable and friendly walked us through what the problem was and fixed our ac unit quickly and were very reasonable, a life saver on one of the hottest days of the year. Highly recommend them!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Never in my life have I ever had someone be so rude to me on the phone absolutely unreal the "office manager" needs to take a class in customer service. I couldn't even explain my problem without her cutting me off and denying her fault. How do you know it's not your "fault" if you don't know the problem. All I can say is Wow I'll be sure to be taking your sticker off my boilers along with my business elsewhere. If you choose this company better hope you don't have a problem god bless the next person who has to deal with this woman

Really happy with the service provided. Priced fairly, worked efficiently, they do not try to sell you on things that do not need to be done and are honest. Will use them for any future HVAC and plumbing needs!

We have used Gas Connection for many many years - they installed our new hot water heater and furnace - the sales and technicians were very professional and friendly - jobs were completed in a timely manner and they were very neat - our new furnace is extremely energy efficient and we have notice a tremendous savings on our gas bill.
