I called with a clogged sewer pipe and they took time to evaluate what the issue was. Did a great job to fix the issue.

I’ve worked with Rob twice now once to replace the heating elements in my water tank and again to replace the unit once it started leaking. Both times he was professional, did an excellent job, charged a reasonable rate and came as soon as he could. Everyone from reception to the repairmen that I interacted with were friendly and professional. I will definitely do business with him in the future.

Update: Used Rob Roy again when I had problems with my dampers not pushing air anywhere but the first floor. Dimitri is incredibly friendly, very honest, kept us up to date as to what was going on. Rob is as well. Incredibly happy we used them for a new AC and repairs to the old system.

I flushed my credit card causing the toilet to back up and my regular HVAC/Plumbing was booked out for two weeks straight so they referred me to Rob Roy Mechanical. Using a camera they were able to spot my credit card, showed where it was caught, and quickly dislodged, completing the job within an hour. I had a pump toilet issue. Mike came and tried to fix it. Unfortunately it could not be revived. I end up getting a new one and Mike came back and installed it. He was very professional, on-time and responsive. Cara, who dispatches for them, was very responsive and professional. Mike’s work quality was great. I will definitely use them again for future needs and would recommend them.

One Sunday, at 3 am in the morning, I woke up to a puddle of water in my house. I noticed the leak was coming from under my floor boards and that's all I could figure out. I reached out to the team at Rob Roy Mechanical and at three in the morning and got a response in minutes. They told me when the would be there(Same day) and exactly what to expect. The team walked me through everything step by step from what needs to be repaired as well as what expect and cost. Before I knew, my issue was resolved.
I wanted to share this review because Rob Roy Mechanical wasn't my first call. All the other plumbers local or big named companies either couldn't make it same day, was only concerned about payment or decided my situation didn't warrant the hassle.

Came to fix a valve in shower. Replaced pipes put on a new shower head and fixtures. Great work, great price, and cleaned up after like they where never there.
