Rob Roy Mechanical spent a number of hours troubleshooting and bringing our AC system back on line. They were very responsive, fair with pricing, office staff was courteous as we were all trying to figure it out. The plumbers are so kind, and they always keep us informed during the whole process. Rob Roy Mechanical came out and installed some new gas lines for me and convert a space heater from LP to NG. They were professional, efficient, and very helpful. Their customer service was amazing as well! I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to others!

I can not say enough good things about Rob Roy Mechanical. I couldn't get 2 other plumbers to reply to my emails. Happened to see a RRM truck on my way home and emailed them. Krysta replied right away. She arranged a later appointment for me and had me scheduled the same week. I had a leak under the sink and wanted a new faucet installed. The 2 guys that came were on time, very pleasant and had the whole job done in an hour! They didn't try to make the job bigger to make it cost more.. they found a solution that worked perfectly fine with my existing pipe and a small connector. Leak is gone. Who can say that now days? All that for well under $200! My faucet looks beautiful and functions very well. Very very nice people to work with. I would trust them with anything.. really. Im so pleased.
