Richard and his TEAM were great to work with. They installed a gas furnace with an AC condenser. They did an incredible job! Nothing phased them. We are very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Coastal Mechanical. I would highly recommend Coastal to anyone needing any work related to HVAC!

The team at Coastal Mechanical did a great job! They worked with me to figure out my HVAC needs, and ended up suggesting a combination of mini splits and a ducted system, which none of the other companies I spoke with even suggested. They were very reasonably priced, and did good work on the installation, making sure to place the vents and mini splits in the least obtrusive places possible!

We had a great experience with Coastal Mechanical. Rich and one of his guys came out the same day I called for a quote to take a look at what we needed. Both of the guys who came were super personable and answered all my questions. They were quick to return a quote and get back to me with answers to more questions. Their communication was spot on, and their prices were excellent and very reasonable too! We got lucky that they had a cancellation and they came out within a week to install our new boiler. The installer, Brandon, was great too! I work in Purchasing for a living and have to say I could not be more pleased all around with the professionalism, person-ability of the team, and turnaround time of communication and service. One of the easiest contractors I have worked with! I will highly recommend Coastal Mechanical to all my friends and family!!

I had my anxieties about having a ductless mini split system installed. Rich’s calm demeanor and ability to explain as well as suggest helpful solutions to our problems made me (I’m a little high strung) and my family feel at ease.

The install was scheduled for two days, but only took one day. If anyone has ever had construction done on their house or worked on a construction project they know that the chances of delayed starts and missed deadlines are very common. Coastal Mechanical started on the day scheduled and finished early!

This was the most painless experience I could have imagined. The installers were open, friendly, and exhibited great house keeping skills. They vacuumed and cleaned up after every hole they drilled inside the house. They didn’t leave scrap construction debris or screws in the driveway or yard outside the house.

I was told by others that the new split AC/hyper heat system installed would be much better than a traditional window AC and boy did it deliver! The new system is so quiet I have put my hand up to it to feel if it’s working. In the past I couldn’t hear the TV in the living room running a 12,000 BTU window unit all summer. The new mini split system also has motors that direct the heat/AC throughout the room. The heat/AC is so even throughout my first floor it’s scary. I used to have to set up a fan to blow the AC from one side of the first floor to the other. I’d suggest to anyone to upgrade from a traditional window unit to a mini split system. The value far exceeds the price.

We had our whole house forced hot air system replaced and converted from oil to propane. There price came in lower then expecting and showed up on time and stayed until finished. We highly recommend!
