Highly recommend Daigle Plumbing! From the very first call, Ally and Michelle were so kind and helpful. They also offered a stand-by service in the event the could come sooner and they actually called with Zero pressure! When Clarke arrived for service he arrived right when he said he would, was respectful of COVID precautions and was very neat and clean leaving no trace of the repair!! Pricing was given up front and there was no pressure at all. Thank you Daigle team for serving the families of NH!! Well Done!

Horrible. I booked 2 weeks in advance for them to come today 7/14 to fix 4 issues in my house. ***I called THEM*** to confirm 3 hours before the appointment, (they did NOT call me or communicate with me in any way). They told me on this call they could not come because they had an "emergency."

Later the manager I spoke to told me someone actually quit. She gave me an attitude too about how it's not her fault this happened, and they would not accommodate in any other way. Not sure what the truth is but extremely unprofessional and I will not be calling them again. I recommend using any of the other plumbers in the area instead.

The crew and office staff went above and beyond the term customer service. These folks include Alli and Michelle in office; Tim, Derek and John the technicians; Kevin, manager. They are role models for exceptional customer service.
Everyone was personable, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, neat and followed pandemic restrictions.
We would recommend Daigle for any heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

We recently built a new home in Derry. From the start we were very impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge of the field from Warren. Each stage of the process their team was on time, extremely professional and and clean. It is hard to find a company these days whose employees reflect the business is such a positive way being friendly and caring of the customers home, never hesitant to fully answer any questions in detail.

Hands down the best around, would refer them to anyone that asked and will be using them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Daigle. Our service technician, Clark, arrived on time, was completely professional and COVID cautious, and explained what he needed to do and why. He also helped with exchanging the tank for a new one since it was under warranty. I would definitely use Daigle Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling again!

Daigle is the best! Jordan was amazing! I had a water heater disaster emergency. Daigle dispatched Jordan immediately! On the phone Seilah asked all the important questions to get all the info she needed so Jordan was able to bring all needed equipment and parts and replace the water heater immediately! I would never go anywhere else!!

We had our furnace serviced the week before open house to sell. Our furnace needed to be replaced and we were able to get a timely quote and installation if we wanted seamlessly. The real reason I'm writing is sometimes kindness matters more. I was home with my daughter and was really overwhelmed about this news. Timmy was so reassuring taking time to go over every option. My curious and percotious 4 year asking questions. He could likely sense I was stressed and knelt down to talk to her, tell her what he was doing, and made sure I didn't need to apologize. He shared he is a dad himself and truly spent so much time even asking her name. He told her where she could stand safely to watch and kept reassuring me about my daughter and the situation. To us, character mattered the most when he was flexible and reassuring and also gave us all the options to be informed. He left wishing us luck in our new house and we will be sure to request him and Daigle because this interaction had such integrity it left such a good impression.
