I was very impressed with the service and response time offered by Daigle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, they arrived on time and called ahead to confirm, and then emailed me a detailed quote for the project. Tim was very courteous and professional, and he did a great job installing a new cooling system. Five stars all around!

Realizing there was not hot water in the house with a hot water tank going on 10 years, I called late one night and Warren answered the call by talking me through some troubleshooting but to no avail. Got a call from Mike early the next morning and had Jim and Kris scheduled to come out for a possible replacement with a new tank the same day. What impressed me the most was that there was a concerted effort to try and fix the issue rather than simply going for a new tank which I appreciated (would be less than an ideal Christmas with an expenditure of this magnitude). Jim and Kris talked with manufacturer and we got it working again (I feel like we are on borrowed time with this one but glad to potentially bridge a few months). I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to comment on the great service from Warren, Mike, Jim and Kris! Keep our name on that new tank guys!

Fast forward about a year and we had to “pay back” the borrowed time on the water tank after it began having more fits and starts. Had Kevin provide a quote on tankless water heater which was more than reasonable. Team was at the house the following Monday to install. Continue to be impressed with the level of service and commitment to the customer. Great job and would highly recommend Daigle.

Daigle was recommended to us by a longtime friend. We called them to have maintenance done on our furnace a few years ago and were very pleased with the service.

Since then we have used them multiple times to have our furnace and hot water tank replaced as well as some other projects. The service and care taken by both the office staff and the technicians has been nothing but professional and accommodating. We would highly recommend Daigle!
