From start to finish they were amazing. Drew listened to what our needs were and promised Zack would make sure the install went smooth. Our project should have been a 2 day install, but due to delays with other contractors, it ended up being 3. (2 units, 4 heads total).

Zack, Mike & Andrew listened to my concerns about the piping on the side of the house, and made it look absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond expectations for the install!

We are thrilled with our new Daikin Cooling/Heating system, installed by the professional team from Northern Climate. We loved the cooling during the hot humid days and are now thoroughly enjoying the warmth from the heating function.

Our request for an evaluation was answered promptly by Zack. This was followed up with a service call from Ryan. After a complete evaluation of our situation, Ryan suggested options and patiently answered endless questions and concerns.
After weighing the options presented, we asked for a quote and received it via email the next day.
We contacted Northern Climate after reviewing the quote to schedule the installation. The Northern Climate team arrived the following week to do the installation.
They were professional and efficient. They were also very considerate and never entered our home without using shoe covers. The installation was completed in two days with perfection. In one instance, Zack noticed the inside unit did not look level and insisted it be taken down and readjusted.
We greatly appreciated their foresight in planning a layout that will minimize future cost for the addition of a third head.

Zac and Drew are great. They have done a great job and are very responsive when you call them and you are in a bind. They have done work for me at multiple locations, both residential and commercial. The guys are on time, efficient and hard working. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them.

After doing a ton of research and getting quotes from a number of other reputable local HVAC vendors, we settled on Northern Climate for our ductless ac installation. Zach and Drew came out and listened to our concerns on cost, placement, aesthetics, efficiency, noise, and performance, and came up with a solution that solved them all. They were also knowledgeable on available rebates, and were able to help us modify our plan to take advantage of them to the maximum extent possible. They were prompt, polite, and professional, and even worked through a few hiccups on my end to keep the project on schedule, which included rerouting a gas line which in and of itself was a significant amount of work.

During the project their entire team worked cleanly and efficiently, and took great care to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly within building code and manufacturer requirements. We had three outside and seven inside units installed, so it was a fairly large and complex job. They finished it on cost and on schedule, and we couldn't be happier with the results. These guys take great pride in their work and reputation, and are refreshingly honest about conducting their business.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and family for their HVAC needs. We'll definitely be using them as our go-to team from now on.

Update - April 2021: Still running flawlessly. The team has done 2 years of annual maintenance, and other than cleaning we've done nothing except enjoy the heating and cooling! Oh yeah, my electric bill has dropped about $100 per month as well and I use less oil than before, though I haven't tracked it well enough to quantify it exactly. We did install Nest thermostats for our baseboard heat (not connected to mini-splits), which contributed to the savings as well I'm sure.

Zach and Drew and company did a great job installing central AC in our updated 1775 home. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. My wife was also very happy with how they cleaned up when they were done. What more could you ask for?!?

Zac, Drew, and the whole crew were fantastic! I met with a few different companies in regards to ductless mini splits, Northeast Climate definitely stood out. Drew was able to come out the same week that I called to tell me my options/ what would work best in my house, and had a quote written up within a few days. Reasonable and fair prices for what you are getting. Before they started working, Zac did one last walk through of the house before they started to confirm where everything was going and any suggestions he had. I recently moved into this house, still unpacking, and have a 2.5 year old, so you can imagine what my house looks like, the crew worked around it and didn’t roll their eyes at me (I hope). Zac and Drew were both knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, and friendly (especially with my 2.5 year old that “wanted to see the guy”). One of my favorite things about this company is they put booties over their dirty shoes when they came in my house so the floors wouldn’t get muddy, I was SO happy about that!! I highly recommend Northeast Climate, you will not regret it and I look forward to seeing them in the future for my yearly maintenance.

Just had Northeast Climate install a new furnace and a/c. Their price beat their well know competitors by a decent amount. We had Andrew and Mike do the install. They were prompt, polite and professional. They did a great job on the installation and clean up. The office also sent me link so I could apply for rebate for my new furnace through NH Saves. My parents have used Drew & Zach since they first started their business. Would recommend Northeast Climate when you’re looking for a new furnace or a/c system.
