STAY AWAY!! This is, by far, the worst business I have dealt with. It has been THREE YEARS since I called them to replace a heating and air system in my apartment, and I am still trying to get them to fix the system they installed. I have had no AC or heat. I have space heaters heating my place right now. They won’t return my calls or texts which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They originally installed a $9,000 system that didn’t work and we eventually had to get a much cheaper system installed and it still doesn’t work. And I haven’t seen any reimbursement to that money. Their office is a mess and lacks organization, which is a red flag as to how they run their business and treat their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been using Reno Heating and Air for many years now after using other companies to no avail. After living in my older home in SW Reno for 20 years, with my kids bedrooms freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer, the guys at RH&A figured out what our problem was and we now have a toasty warm house, now all working on the dual system it was supposed to! You are all great, starting with the girls at the office to the entire crew! I thank you from the bottom of my very warm heart!!! Lisa :)

This is such a great company to work with!
-Great prices! Their prices are far better than any other company that gave us bids on a mini split system.
-They were punctual! We set a date on the calendar and they were here exactly when we scheduled. We even needed a little prep before the scheduled date and they squeezed us in.
-They answer questions. I've called once already since installation to inquire about our new HVAC system and my questions were answered and I was told that if I had more questions to call. Before the system was installed I called with questions regarding installation because we have had more construction work than this happening at our house and my questions were always welcome and answered in a timely fashion.
-Great demeanor. All the individuals who we worked with from this company were kind, respectful, and professional. Very easy to work with.
I would suggest this company to anyone that needed an HVAC system installed. Beyond my expectations of five stars!

My fireplace flame kept going out at the end of last winter, I waited until now to restart it (having turned off the pilot light for the summer). I couldn't reignite the pilot light and figured I had real problems. I called Reno Heating & Air, they suggested just a maintenance check and I was willing to pay for any repairs they discovered. Turns out the pilot light issue was user error - Roger sat me down and showed me how to do it. He then diagnosed the flame going out as a simple fix to the on/off switch. He completed a thorough maintenance on the unit and assured me everything looked fine, even offered, for a low price, to replace the on/off switch. Within about an hour, the fireplace was up and running! Costly disasters averted! I would recommend Roger and Reno Heating & Air in a heartbeat...and, in fact, already have to a neighbor!

My furnace had a faulty part which eventually made it stop working. I called Reno Heating & Air at 8am. By 12, their knowledgeable & professional tech was at my door ready to fix the problem. 3 hours later, everything is fixed & the service was reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend this company!!

ONE ONE STAR AS I CAN"T LEAVE ZERO STARS. Probably the worst company I have ever done business with! We are a property management company in the Zephyr Cove area. We asked them to come look at 2 of our vacation rentals as the fireplaces were not working. They came out and looked at one and said we needed a new gas valve. We said okay. They ordered the part and were supposed to install it. Then, head out to our other property which has a similar issue. It is now 8 days past the day they were to install our part! Every time we call, which is about 7 calls so far, we get an answering service who is not even local that takes the same info from us every single time and says " I'll have someone get back to you asap. This company which will NEVER see my business or any of our clients from here on.

Called and set up a quote to put in a gas fireplace. The gentleman was prompt and nice. He said he would email some brochures and send me some quotes. He sent the brochures and asked questions. Then crickets for days.. finally emailed asking about the quote. Said he was working on it and I would have the next morning.. again crickets... and emailed again. Nothing. It has been about 2 weeks since my “so called quote”. Too bad companies can’t just say they don’t have time for a project.

I had questions regarding the product they installed. The person answering the phone referred the call to the person handling the project and they never responded after several attempts to contact them. The service people who installed were good but the installation of the gas line was done incorrectly and had to be redone.. overall not a good experience.

I purchased mini splits AC and heating got a great price and the best way to install them in my house. Plus the customer service and owner concerned for the customers happiness is outstanding
