I was directed to Airhart Plumbing by my home warranty company to fix and issue with my water heater. The woman who called to give me an ETA on the plumbers arrival (a 3 hour window) was pleasant and courteous, and answered all my questions. A young man named Matt showed up within the window, and he was also very pleasant, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. After listening to my explanation of what I thought the issue was, he diagnosed the problem, explained what he needed to do, and then promptly repaired the water heater. He then explained how I could do it in the future if I desired, and also answered all my questions. Great experience for me with them, and I'm very satisfied. Unfortunately, it seems based on the other poor reviews that it may be hit or miss with this company, and which worker you may get.

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. Do NOT hire. Unprofessional, lazy and they don't know what they are doing.
My home warranty contracted with Aihart to fix my A/C unit. The first time they came out on a Friday, I wasn't home and they said the blower went out and they needed additional approval from the warranty company before they could fix it. My furnace is under the house through an access door in the pantry. They made me take apart my pantry saying they needed more access to the access door. This is not true because techs from a different company came out in the winter to fix a different part of my furnace and they didn't need the pantry taken apart. Nevertheless, I obliged to their demands.
Come the next Tuesday, they still hadn't contacted me to schedule a time to come back and fix the A/C in the summer blistering heat. I called them and the person told me they STILL hadn't even sent the paperwork to my home warranty for approval. Once I had them send it in, I called the Home warranty and got the approval expedited. Airhard rescheduled for the next Friday, only after I called them back. Once they did come back. I was home and the tech told me that they need even additional approval to move around ducting in the way of the furnace. I asked him why he didn't mention that the first time and he told me he just guessed that the blower motor was out and never even went under there to look at it. He blamed it on access issues which is not true. Weird they are getting warranty approval for parts they don't even know are broke. After waiting for the additional authorization, found out that my warranty doesn't cover additional labor for moving the ducting. Airhart said they would try to come back the same day but didn't even bother to call saying they weren't coming and left me hanging until the following week. They wouldn't come back out that same day to rectify what they should have seen was an issue the first time and didn't give me a courtesy call to tell me not to wait up for them. Another tech, Jeff told me that he would give me a discount since they screwed up so much. I've had to go out of my way to buy a window A/C unit for my upstairs which was unusable due to the heat, lost money on my at home business and my kid has heat rash. Airhart hasn't done their due diligence or even seemed to care.
I shed tears over having to deal with this heartless unprofessional company. When the lady from the front office called me to get payment before the techs went back the following Tuesday (3 weeks of having to deal with this) She refused to give me a discount and then finally said she would give me $10 off. Are you kidding me? I have spent countless hours dealing with this company, taken time off of work, lost money on my at home business and have been miserable in the heat. I expected something more than $10. I told her that I hadn't even heard a single apology from anyone with her company and she hung up on me!!! I couldn't believe it. I work in customer service and would NEVER treat anyone like that. I would never ever recommend them. They have no customer service or business skills. Their techs are lazy and no one cares even when they make you cry.

I had 2 different Plumbers out & they never fixed the leak under my laundry tub , they said it was the washer leaking. So I called Airhart & he found the Problem & fixed it with a new part @Wala its fixed now.
I took several of his cards so I can tell my neighbors & friends about this company that is Family owned. Very Kind People & He is a GREAT Plumber. Thank you so much.

Not only did Airhart arrive when they said they would, the price was what they said it would be too. They did a great job, cleaned up (vacuumed!) and everything works great! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thank you!

On June 15th I had an appointment with Jeff Sletenhart, the owner of Airhart air conditioning for a problem with an air conditioner that would shut off every couple hours because as he stated," the compressor is frozen". He stated he would return later that day to fix the problem. At 4:50 that same, Jeff called had said he would not be able to make it back, after I canceled three appointments to stay home, and would send someone tomorrow. June 16th at 11:00 another technician showed up, Kale, and checked the air pressure, saw no ice and said there was no problem with the air conditioner. I was flabbergasted and responded that the unit had not been working for at least a week and that Jeff saw that the compressor was frozen. Jeff stated that he couldn't do a diagnostic until it defrosted. The next day at 11:00 another employer, Kale Kendal, came out to diagnose the problem. He stated there was no ice on the air conditioner compressor (Duh, it had been off for 12 hours as directed by Jeff), checked air pressure and flow and stated that there was no problem with the air conditioner!! I told Kale, like I told Jeff, the owner, the conditioner compressor freezes every 1-2 hours and shuts off. That there is a problem with the unit and it needs to be fixed! Kale said I don't see a problem so, there is no problem and the air conditioner was good. I repeated, like in my original complaint to them, that the unit works for 1-2 hours and then shuts off repeatedly. That there is a problem and it needs to be fixed! I told Kale just checking air flow and pressure wasn't enough to diagnose the broken unit ,and that Jeff, stated the compressor was frozen. Therefore wouldn't there be a problem with the compressor? Kale stated it's not frozen now and everything was good. I repeated it is not normal for an air conditioner to shut off and not work!!! I repeated the compressor freezes up! That the compressor at least needed to be fixed! He said that there was nothing he could do to fix the unit. I called the office where Kim Sletenhart picked up the phone. She didn't want to hear about the problem!! She told me the senior technician, Jeff would give me a call. I told her that Jeff needs to get back out here and fix the unit! This company contracts with a Home Warranty company just to get service calls. Then Airhart just takes the service call fee from the customer, spends 5-10 minutes looking at the unit and performs nothing to fix the problem. The service was terrible and a scam on the customer!
