I recently had the pleasure of working with Wiley's Plumbing and Heating, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Mike, in particular, exemplified a remarkable dedication to customer satisfaction. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Mike's professionalism and attention to detail were evident.
Not only did Mike demonstrate a deep knowledge of my HVAC system, but his commitment to delivering top-notch work was truly appreciated. The level of craftsmanship and the quality of the materials used exceeded my expectations.
What set Mike apart was his genuine care for customer satisfaction. He patiently addressed all my concerns, answered my questions, and ensured that I was fully informed throughout the process. His excellent communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend Wiley's Plumbing and Heating, especially with Mike on their team. If you're seeking reliable professionals who provide exceptional service and deliver outstanding results, look no further. They are the epitome of excellence in the industry.
Thank you, Mike, and the entire team at Wiley's Plumbing and Heating, for a job well done!
Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go . Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .
I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.
Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.
If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest
Wiley's scheduled a repair for 2 condensate pumps on a Friday starting at 8 am. They called me at 8:15 am same day, after I had driven 2 hours to let them in, and let me know they had failed to obtained the needed parts & needed to reschedule. They clearly were aware of this day before and did not bother to let me know the day before. They clearly had already rescheduled their repair people for another job when they should have been taking care of the one they promised to do for me. Mike was rude to me from the very beginning of the bid process to the end. I highly recommend not using this company...plenty of others out there with more concern & respect for their clients needs and time.
Would highly recommend Wiley's Plumbing & Heating. From start talking with Ryan making the appointment he was very friendly, courteous, and flexible with Appointment schedule. Then Greg and Angelo coming to fix my problem with heater they both introduced themselves first. Both were amazing. Very nice, clean, knowledgeable, on time. Definitely will recommend them to Family and Friends. Thankyou Ryan, Greg and Angelo
I want to say thank you to Wiley's plumbing and heating. They were extremely professional and kind. They did an amazing job and it took very little time. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again!!! Thank you!!!!
They were extremely messy, stomping around my shower with dirty shoes then walking through my house even after I asked twice that they wear booties. I have 2 babies so I try to keep the flowers clean. They left black hand prints all over my shower and a mess in my bathroom as well. They also blasted music while they worked which I found to be very unprofessional and rude. I'm sure there are plenty of other plumbers that clean up after themselves and behave in a professional manner. I would NOT recommend Wiley's at all.
Wileys does an amaizing job. They're extremely professional, curtious, and knowledgeable about what they do. Wiley and his team will tackle anything you throw at them with precision. Don't think twice about looking anywhere else for your plumbing or heating needs.
They charge me double. They broke toilet. Replace it what they said is free. They replaced it, but 3 months later I got invoice for the job I already paid and toilet replacement what must be free. Overall the replacement was not necessary and easy can be repaired, but guy did not want to cut and replace bolts, they told me to replace all toilet. This cost me extra $$ plus extra job for Wiley's what that actually wanted. Very bad business.
All summer they worked on an AC unit. Not only was the unit on it's last leg, but it was a drive of 25 minutes to Stead everytime. When finally the unit rejected every part and fix. They did a great job replacing the unit quickly, and at a great price. Thank you Wiley's. You truly are invested in your clients needs.
