I am extremely disappointed with this company's maintenance of my air condition system at my house. They were more interested in the fact I am a senior single female, and wanting to sell me a brand new system for $16,960!!! I contacted my home warranty people and they sent out someone that said my unit needed a new capacitor, which is a $5 item...when I mentioned I was going to contact my home warranty people about a new system, I was told wouldn't you rather have a technician who knows what he's doing versus someone who won't care. The audacity to think that my home warranty company was going to send an unqualified technician! This company is more interested in selling me a new unit, than fixing what is broken. During the $69 maintenance special, they didn't even clean either the inside unit, or the outside unit. So what did I pay for? Someone to get $17,000 from me! I will never use this company again; and, I am warning all my friends against using them.

Within a day of calling in a maintenance request, the team was out at my house and did their inspections and gave me a fair quote on both an AC install and a plumbing job. They financed us with a single digit percentage. The AC was installed that day and the plumbing is the next day. Seamless.

Joe Q was very professional and really took care of my AC needs. The company is not clear on the difference between a service fee and actually getting the work done. They will charge you $89 for coming out to diagnose the problem as well as charging $189 an hour for doing the work. That would have been fine had they made this clear from the very beginning. Would not recommend them going forward.

The service person spent over an hour and could not figure out the reason for non functional outlets in the garage and laundry room. He disassembled every plug ( functional and non functional ones). He went up the attic where the heating and equipments are. He disarrànged the insulations. In short, he made a lot of mess without figuring out the problem. I tried to stop him before he completely tears down the house. Be mindful, the problem was mostly in the garage and adjacent laundry room. Very disappointing and scary experience. Watch out, folks.

This company tried to charge me $900.00 to take out old faucet and put in new one. Said I needed new valves under sink. 2 hrs later my son in law came over inspected the valves nothing wrong with them . He removed old faucet and installed new one no issues. Very unfair price tactics paid the $49.00 call out. And sent guy on his way

I had just got my a/c unit replaced today and I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. Big thanks to Adam, David, and the rest of the crew from Yes!

Their $49 estimate to fix a toilet tank leak was over $600 when I just bought a new toilet at Lowes for $422 fully installed. Yes are robbers, never again I’ll use their services.

Called three times due to an email stating they would be here between 7/9 PM. How can you see my drain in the dark? No call. No show
