Smart thermostat replacements . I was having trouble with power . Blue Apple came out and was transparent about work and costs . They did a great job rectifying the problem. No gimmicks with added cost on removing panels or anything. Simple honest work. I would recommend to anyone !

Josh was incredible!!! We needed help with a water softener installation gone wrong. It was a total disaster, and we needed immediate help as we didn't have water. Dispatch had Josh over to us in an hour and a half the day after Christmas. Josh immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired the plumbing so that we'd have water. Total life saver. He finished the install the next morning and we now have amazing soft water. He went above and beyond to help us and we couldn't be happier.

my water heater was leaking so I went to Lowes to see what a replacement tank cost. They use Yes plumbing to do their installs, within 10 minutes I had an appointment the next morning (on a sunday).
The technician {Carlos} uninstalled my tank hauled it away brought me my new one installed it and had me up and running with hot water in a few hours. With the few obstacles involved with installing Carlos had all the parts in his truck and knowledge to get the job done on the spot. Thanks again !

My reluctance to give ratings is demonstrated in the original 5 star review I gave Blue Apple because my original rating was based on going from a desperate need to putting my faith in another company's recommendation.
I should have reached out to other companies because after the sale, which was costly, the "free follow up visits I qualified for were more trying to select me another produce than what it was sold as being. Often, I was given bad info. In order to encourage me to replace something else and over time I also realize what they missed in the installation, that I understood would be included, was not performed in good faith.
I also learned the person who sold me our AC was a commission salesman and that can promote problems for promise's made.
My original 5 is now more a 3 & 1/2.

Had someone come out to diagnose why my outlets would no longer work. The tech was very friendly and professional. I ended up finding out what the issue was while he was here but at least I found out I need a few things done to prevent fire issues, so all in all not a total fail of a day. Even though nothing needed to be fixed the experience was good.

Yes this is the worst HVAC controller company I've had the misfortunate to deal with. New AC/heater unit died 10 minutes after the installers left.
Days later, still no working unit, requested money back based on their website and hold music guarantee and STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. Stuck with no HEAT, no AC and out thousands of dollars. BEWARE!

Update: After a BBB complaint and many calls/emails and requests for my refund, I FINALLY GOT IT. They did request I sign a form removing my right to share my experience, which I declined, so be advised that they are looking out for them and their money, not the customer.

YES plumbing was on the list of providers to service my Renai tankless hot water heaters so I called them to get a bid to service or replace the systems. Their price was quoted at nearly $10,000. I called another company for a second bid. The second bidder replaced the two Rinnai tankless hot water heaters with updated versions for $3500 including the materials!
Yes plumbing is a company that takes advantage of the situation. They thought the water heaters did not work so they gave a price that was astronomical. Unfortunately for them the water heaters still worked I was only looking to have them serviced. I had time to get another contractor and they did a outstanding job. I noticed when Yes plumbing inspected both hot water heaters they had to take the front covers off to look at what model they were when they replaced the panels they did not even replace all of the screws. Yes plumbing is a shoddy company that lost my business and respect! Take the time to call someone else to compare their price you will not be disappointed and you will save a ton of money if you take the time to shop their price.

They reply with a canned apology that is a form letter. The concern is not genuine and only meant to deter readers from taking the review seriously

Wesley came out to diagnose an issue we've been having with our HVAC system for 5 months now. He came out and was able to find the issue within 30 minutes. Fantastic guy and company!

I love this company. I will use them again!! Very great customer service on the phone and the electrician and his apprentice in training were awesome w explaining everything and repairing it. They also did an entire home electric inspection at no additional cost. They gave me the senior citizen discounts as well. I highly recommend this wonderful company.
