These guys are the best at what they are doing. Their prices are great and super responsive. People who leaves negative reviews because they were charged below market value to replace a capacitor should do their own work on their own AC. Nolan, looking at the reviews you are leaving all over the place makes you look like a cheap and very unhappy person. Perhaps the problem is with you and not the contractors. You should not use Google reviews to bully contractors because they don't give you the price you want to pay.

I was referred to them by my bff after having another company come out to supposedly do an assessment and a routine maintenance. After them telling me that I needed to replace my entire system and it was going to cost $15-$20,000 I declined. Not even 2 days later, my upstairs unit goes out!! I called VKD and they came the next morning. The tech was fast, efficient and honest!! He made me aware of the issues and my OPTIONS, giving me an alternative to what the previous company said was my "only option". The technician quoted me 2 prices and after further diagnosis, the final total was surprisingly the lesser of the two quotes. I am definitely sold on the service and prices. VKD has without question, earned my future business and my referral!!

Jesse R. who is communicating with me via chat for the company has a nasty attitude. I was simply stating they are overcharging for capacitors. (Just so everyone knows, they cost around $18 and are super quick and easy to install.) This company is charging $245 for them and their excuse is that some people are coming to them with companies that tried to charge them $1200 for one and they are thrilled with this companies pricing.

Being the the Property Managment business we use tons of Vendors and Contractors. Some are horrible, most are average and then there are a select few that are AMAZING! I'm proud to say Vegas Knight & Day is one of the AMAZING ones! I highly recommend this company!!! From the front end customer service to the knowledgeable technicians you will not disappointed!

Jesse, Jessica and Aaron(our tech) were all professional, on time, and price was very within reason. I scheduled a summer maintenance tune up on our AC unit which is almost 15 years old. Aaron mentioned on one of the units, the motor was running a bit slower. Instead of trying to push an upsell on purchasing a new motor, he informed us at this time it wasn’t necessary to replace until maybe next year (although we did). Aaron was on time. While he was installing a new motor, he also was able to show me the difference between the new and old one. He even took some extra time to check the airflow inside the house to ensure it’s properly traveling to the right areas, and the cooling is equivalent in the rooms.

Jesse did another amazing job on my rental furnace. He was very honest about the issue, only the connection hose was loose, no major problem. He only charged the minimal service fee. On time and efficient. This is a wonderful family owned business. They deserved 5 stars.
