Jessica and Jesse run an amazing business. I’m super picky when it comes to hiring vendors to do installations in our home, but it was clear from conversation 1 that they were as honest and forthcoming with options and timelines as I could have hoped for. The installation was perfect. All garbage was removed. No corners were cut.
I would not hesitate to recommend them, and frankly, if you have any need for AC work in your home, you’d be pretty wise to call them. This is a small family run business that takes pride in their customer service. A+ work and A+ people. You’ll be happy you used them.

Jessica was so nice when it came to scheduling a summer maintenance service and we were updated with text messages every step of the way. When Aaron was on his way, we got another text with a photo of him which I appreciate so much in today’s world. Aaron was so nice, helpful, and honest - a first for any service company I’ve dealt with in Vegas. He recommended replacing a component as soon as we could and was not at all pushy when I said I wanted a family member to take a look and see if we could DIY. Aaron was so friendly with me and my family and turned a visit from a service tech that I was not looking forward to into a great part of my day that I’ve already told my family and friends about. In the middle of a hot Vegas summer, we noticed that no air was blowing through the vents in our house. After researching some HVAC companies, I'm glad we chose Vegas Knight & Day. After woderfully repairing a burnt breaker, Aaron recommended a check on both AC and heater. a few weeks later I set up a check up and again Aaron went through the check up recommending a new part, replacing it. My old system runs beautifully. I am a custoner for life and would recommend them to everyone...

All I have to say is they are honest. For years we have tried to just find an honest company for HVAC out in Vegas. We have had companies that look at our units for two seconds and say we need a whole new system or we need something else. Last year we had a unit go down while we were on vacation, they came out, looked at it, saw it was just a simple fix, repaired it at a great price and it worked the rest of the summer. This year Jesse came out for spring start up and spent a good amount of time looking the units over and said we are good to go. Our units are a bit dated, and I know they will have to be replaced at some point, but I know that Jesse or the company is not going to say it to make a quick dollar when money is tight for us right now. They are going to be honest and give me a straight answer.

So thankful for this company they are Johnny on the spot and greatly communicating with a stressed homeowner. Not sure what I would have done without them with the heat coming on. Thank you for servicing our unit and making the proper repairs at a proper price and not gouging us. Call them for all your needs.

He answered all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond checking a part of the unit that I was concerned about. I've had bad experiences with HVAC companies in Vegas in the past trying to sell stuff that was not needed. I'm so glad I found Vegas Knight & Day and will use them for maintenance and a new unit when needed in the future.
