This company is responsive, patient, and gets the job done. The administration clerk is very professional and great at her job. Ryan was my technician and he was quick yet thorough. I would recommend!

Many thanks to Max Plumbing for responding to our emergency request over the July 4th weekend in 2021, when our sewage line backed up and flooded a bathroom and two bedrooms. Of the four plumbers we called for help at 10 pm Sat night on July 3rd, Max Plumbing was the only one to respond. Their master plumber, Keno, advised us over the phone on how to stop the flow that night, and then came out first thing on Sunday the 4th to assess what was going on in the line. He contacted a remediation team, who came out Sat night and stayed until 2 a.m. to control the damage.
Because we thought that Max Plumbing did such a great job with the emergency plumbing in July 2021, we had them come out several times in 2022 to do a general evaluation of the state of our plumbing. The work they did in upgrading the laundry box, replacing old toilets and faucets, repairing leaks, and so forth, was professional and of good quality. In addition, we have found them to be the most reliable plumbers we have had so far in Las Vegas.
In October 2022, our sewer line overflowed yet again, this time in the front yard. Max Plumbing hydrojetted the line and ran a camera down the line to identify the issue. Because they have been doing such reliable and good work for us, we hired them to locate the obstruction and replace that length of sewer pipe, a big job. We would not have trusted that job to any other company.
Since we have moved to our home in 2011, we have been looking for a good, reliable plumber. Max Plumbing is the best, and we are very grateful for their excellent service over the past two years.

Met with Randy from Max about a leak in our main. Randy gave me the estimate and after I called 2 other plumbers for quotes, Max Plumbling came in most reasonable. They came out on time, finished as schedule, did a great job. Very happy with Max and Randy. Thanks

Downstream sewer line blockage that connects our downstairs bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen caused a flood to come back out of the toilet when the washing machine was draining.

We contacted Max Plumbing to get an estimate on some plumbing repair work. They responded with a next-day appointment, so we did not have a long wait. Abraham Hirales was the plumber who came. He was on time and so very helpful. He knew exactly what was happening behind the tile walls, and even drew us a picture diagram to explain it to us. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We will use him to do the work because of the great impression he made!

Absolutely amazing! Came out when my AC stopped working very happy it wasn’t any too bad fixes it within and hour, then came out the following week to clean it since it was a little dirty. All good n all recommend Max plumbing, Bruce was the best!

Max Plumbing contacted me immediately after I placed a request on Home Advisor. They came to the house within 3 hours. Randy Aquino was extremely pleasant and very, very helpful. We minor repairs to be done before selling our house. He was wonderful. Had to order a part, but we already made the appointment for him to come back to complete the job.
