Service was great. Although there were some limitations in fixing my a/c since it was an old unit and it was difficult to clean because it is on the 3rd floor, the technician (Phil) made the unit operational..

He was so polite. Didn't mind my dogs. Explained what was going on and told me which air fliter to use. Great service.
