Josh (one of the owners) was faced with a mystery. Our older AC equipment worked sporadically. His mission was to solve this mystery. He installed a heat resistant fan motor, Also, in this day and age, we appreciated his carefulness with mask, cleaning stuff he touched etc. We feel this company IS THE ONLY ONE YOU SHOULD USE!

Evaluated system and presented options for repairs. Didn't just show up and say "it needs replaced". Great family business, highly recommended.
