I am extremely happy with the job and service provided by A-team heating and cooling. My old furnace was cracked and dangerous and my thermostat was shot. Not only did they do a great job; my veterans rep. not only put in a good word for them, he also helped me with the bill which was already much lower than I was quoted before with another company. Im so thankful!!! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much, now i can survive a midwestern winter. ;)

Had problem with my ac not blowing cool air. The guy came, look around for 5min splash around some water on the AC and left. The problem never got fix. I had to call someone else. And a week later got charge $110. Great value service.

A Team Heating and Cooling was a pleasure to work with. I had another company come fix my water heater and they provided a quick fix but when A Team came they found the real problem and instead of buying a new water heater, my old one is fixed. Tom is great to work with and is an honest, great leader of the company. I would definitely recommend them for all of our work!

Id give 0 stars if i could. We Called to get a quote 6/2020 to do some duct work to fix an issue with little to no air coming out of back bedroom, got the quote and guy left. Was in contact off and on for several months and was always told they were going to come do it, never happened. They called in February 2021 I belive and asked if we still wanted work done, we agreed. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!! They did not do the work they quoted us that needed to be done to fix the issue. Said they were not able to do it( funny because last year thats what you quoted us) anyways we get the bill and not only do we get charged the full amount( 1/2 work done) but we get a charge from 8-9 mnths ago (the quote day, they said they do free quotes) because he did something to the furnance when he was giving us the quote,we were only gets quotes then!!!!!! Called several times to work it out and they refuse or say they'll call back. BAD BUISNESS stay clear!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased unit with heat pump 10/14/14 this was the noises item ever called the manufactor.We have issues since the install and Carrier has them all noted . This year we go to start the air and it doesn't work called A Team spoke with Tom he came out and said the compressor was out but covered under the warranty told husband but Carrier said only 5 years . He ordered the compressor and was to replace it on that Monday when it came in , did not hear form him so I called when I get home that night answers saying didn't you get a email from my secretary I replied No that's when he said He was dening servicing us any long because I had contacted Carrier again and hung up before I could respond. Then I received the email from from his secretary stating dening service but I could pick up the part. We would not recommend purchasing from this company and if you did DO NOT CONTACT CARRIER you will be dropped like a hot potato. So leaving us to find another servicer. That was a blessing to find someone NEW they figured out the issues we had had since the beginning especially when the compressor was only a half diagonstic. These guys went to bat for us in which A Team has not been there . The only good out of this was we have a company now that is there for the customer and it wasn't A Team.

This company should be avoided at all costs, waited almost a week for the part to come in after I was assured it would be the next day followed by blatant fraud on the bill. They inflated the hours to three times what they actually spent in my home. Call Suter, skip this company!!

They charged us for 6 hours of labor when it was only 2 hours of labor. Never give them your card upfront because they will rip you off if they get the chance. We didn't get a receipt nor a call back on the amount that was charged to us. Over charged us by 400 dollars!!

They get one star because zero is not an option. Left two messages last night that our furnace was not working. They claim to have 24x7 service. Never got a call back. It went down to -2 last night. It is 59 in the house and dropping. Don't bother to call, they won't bother to come.
