I have been a loyal customer of Carter's over the past 10 years. They are efficient and honest. Would highly recommend! Mark G. who works for them is great!

On one of the coldest nights/days of the year, they were at the house at 6:30AM to fix our heater! I expected to wait several hours (as that's what I heard from competitors) for heat. All was fixed and running by 9AM. Wonderful service and nice, friendly staff!

Dishonest company! I would of given 5 stars a few years back. They are now just out for a buck and have outgrown what they can handle. Very unfortunate to see a good company lose integrity with growth.
