Absolutely amazing service! Our AC broke in the middle of the night on the hottest day of the year. I called and Chad answered. He was able to send someone out immediately and he truly sounded like he cared and that he would take care of us. They were able to fix the problem in less then 30 minutes. Fantastic in every way!

Since I moving back home to NE from FL, and various other states in my professional career, finding reputable companies in various fields (dentist, automotive, and HVAC) has always been a challenge. Often times with more disappointments than satisfaction. Because I have an older HVAC system that has outlived its time, Millard H&C has been called upon for assistance for the past three years. It's seems its always on the hottest or coldest days; however, they never over sell anything, arrive timely, and continue providing excellent service. I seldom recognize any company on a public post. mainly because I have high expectations, but Millard H&C have earned my total respect and appreciation!
