    Caleb was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a lot of information on our furnace and even set up a quote for us to get a new furnace. I would definitely recommend these guys. They are a small family business which I would definitely support. I have used them in the past for furnace checks and received the same results, highly recommend. Thank you guys.

    Great service and knowledgeable people! Dylan was prompt and courteous. He recommended and installed a Plasma Pure Whole Home Air Purification System in our HVAC system. The air purification unit helped reduce pollen, pet dander, dust, and bacteria in our home. Thank you APEX!

    I will be using Apex from here on out. Our heat went out last night when it was -12 degrees out. We were all huddled in our bedroom with a space heater. I had been using Burton so we gave them a call. Soonest they could come out was 4 days. Unacceptable. So long Burton. We called a few more places and no one could come out for days. Finally found Apex and gave them a call. They were at my house within 2 hours. Caleb, the tech, did an amazing job. It ended up being a pretty difficult repair. the entire circuit board needed to be replaced. Caleb was able to find the part out in town, go get it, do the warranty work and the installation in a flash. When we first discovered the problem, I thought I was going to be on the hook for thousands. Nope. Even with the emergency visit, the extended troubleshooting time, having to go out in town to get the part and several hours of installation time, he was still out the door at only 500 bucks. I'm happy to be rid of Burton and supporting a small local business instead. With the way they performed, it was a no brainer. Keep up the amazing work Caleb and Apex!

    I decided to call Apex after hearing a recent radio ad for a $37 inspection. Having young kids including an infant at home it’s important to make sure the AC unit is working properly. We haven’t had any issues but I wanted to get in front of any if possible. Scheduling was easy and flexible. The tech, Caleb, called in advance letting me know he was on his way over. Caleb was training a newer employee and it was evident that he is very knowledgeable of HVAC systems and was able to describe what he was doing and why to the new employee and myself in a way we could both understand. Caleb was very professional, patient, and most importantly thorough with his work! He determine the condenser coils were very dirty and the blower start assist and turbo dual start needed replaced. Caleb recommended the Comfort Club membership and there was no pushy sales tactics just an honest and objective conversation of his findings. I did end up going with the membership and saved money compared to paying for the services individually. I’m glad I found Apex! They have earned my business.

    Caleb and Rick did an awesome job. My furnace fan motor stopped working. They replaced it same day within a couple of hours. They were professional and very nice. What I appreciated the most was their communication. They walked me through their whole process and explained why it was the fan motor that was broken. Highly recommend Apex. I will use these solely with any future repairs/services.

    This is a great company. After explaining to Caleb over the phone what it was doing and what I did to get it going again he knew what it was before arriving. When he arrived he said he could not morally charge the diagnostic fee since he didn’t need to diagnose anything. Let that sink in. A company with a moral compass that isn’t trying to nickel and dime you to death. A company who was willing to waive a $135 fee because it was the fair thing to do. Yes please! I’ll only be working with them for all my future a/c and heating needs. Also I highly suggest their comfort club yearly service contract. I saved over $200 dollars by signing up compared to a single visit due to parts cost. That was even after the diagnostic fee was waived. Plus they will be coming to check my heater when it’s time at no cost. This company is amazing and family owned with values I believe are sadly becoming more and more rare in businesses. Great company. Highly recommend.

    Apex did a super job on the installation of my new 92 percent 4 ton hvac system. Crew was responsible and professional and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to any family or friends. Price was competitive as well. Good job!!!
