Professionalism and technical knowledge/skill are the top priorities when dealing with a repair technician. Kyle with A&S Heating and Cooling set the bar at an unbelievably high level with his work he did for us. Not only was he very easy to get a hold of, and very punctual when our problem was reported to him, but he was there to guide us through with our home warranty and help us through this difficult time without our air conditioner. I will be recommending A&S Heating and Cooling to everyone that I speak with that is having and heating and cooling needs. I wish there were more companies out there with this level of standards and care.

A&S heating is the best to work with. Kyle came and checked on my furnace that only heated half my house. Gave me a few quotes that would fix the problem. It took me a year to save up more. When I was able to set up an appointment he answered every call and got my new furnace in with new ducts and venting. My whole house is heated uniformly. Plus my basement which got icicles in the winter is now warm. A huge thank you to kyle for fixing my house. He also came back and gave me tips on making everything perfect, since my house is old and I only have single pain windows.

Kyle was excellent. I'd had an issue with my Furnace a few weeks prior to this and had called the previous company I had install an AC system. They arrived and repaired my issue. When presented with the bill there was an additional $298.00 tacked on for travel....50 miles one way, holy cow.
Well to make a long story short I had another issue shortly after that and was leaving in a few days for about 3 weeks. I thought I'd never get anyone to look at the problem unless I called the same HVAC people I previously had. Well I checked online and discovered Kyle, with A&S and he was Local. I gave him a call at 7:10am and Kyle immediately answered the phone, which surprised me.....the owner personally answering his phone. I explained my issue, expecting him to tell me he couldn't get to it, just because my timeframe was very tight. Instead he told me he'd be there that afternoon....what a relief. He promptly arrived, and took care of the issue. Top notch. Kyle will have all of my business in the future and he has no "add" on charge. Kerry

The guys from A & S are AMAZING!! Professional, thorough, and helpful!! We’ve never had central heat and these guys made it happen! Having to traverse through the mess of our house amidst all the crazy, they were friendly and patient🙏🏻 I would HIGHLY recommend A & S for any job including maintenance and duct cleaning as I’ve seen them in action in my client’s home as well.

Kyle the Owner has gone over and beyond to give me the best service and products. He put in a new furnace, humidity and air conditioner in our home and it is superb!

Gotta say, A&S made getting a new Boiler installed down in a tiny dungeon of a basement with hatch doors to crawl through, etc., basically painless. And they even managed to remove the old historical relic of a boiler that was squeezed into that tiny space! It all happened quick, easy and clean and the final bill was exactly on the original quote with no complications or unexpected expenses....When does that happen anymore??? Needless to say, I'm excited about benefiting from the vastly improved efficiency that these new boilers offer in the form of greatly reduced heating bills! I've used this business in the past, always with good results, and I will certainly do so in the future.

We called A&S at 4 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon in total exasperation after trying for hours to install a smart thermostat on our own. We had no connection with the company, but much to our surprise Kyle answered the phone and spent more than an hour with us walking through every option until the problem was fixed! They don't come any better than A&S!
