Friendly and professional company. The owner is very knowledgeable about the various HVAC equipment, as well as heat pumps. He took the time to explain to us how heat pumps work and the advantages of having one. Overall, it was a very smooth and seamless installation.

I just need some parts to work on my heating system . None of the hardware stores had what I needed. Kyle answered the phone and saved me a couple trips to billings. Very friendly and helpful. I do most of my own maintenance but if I ever needed help I would totally use this company. And I will be recommending them to friends

Kyle did excellent work installing a combination water heater and boiler at our home. We utilized his expertise to customize our heating system to fit our home. He made our old home feel comfortable and cozy. He showed flexibility and was dedicated to finishing the job even when encountering unexpected problems associated with an old home. Came home Friday evening from spending New Years out of town with family. Our house was 54’ and the heat not working. Called Kyle at 6pm, he was still at another job, he said he would come by when he was done. Kyle came by about 7pm, inspected the boiler and determined the problem. Found the parts the next morning (Monday) and we picked them up and Kyle came back to install. Unfortunately, other parts failed as he was replacing the new parts. It was determined that a new boiler was needed. Ordered a new boiler Tuesday morning, we picked it up and Kyle was back to install the new boiler Tuesday afternoon. We were warm by Tuesday evening. Kyle has an outstanding work ethic. He worked into the evening to make sure we were warm and the boiler was working properly. We would highly recommend A&S heating!!!!

Very pleased with our experience with A&S Heating and Air. We needed a new air and heat system. Kyle came and gave us an estimate and the price was competitive. He worked hard to get the new system installed in a timely manner. Very professional. We will definitely be calling for further service.

From my first encounter Kyle Pruitt has impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. Kyle was referred to me to work on a house I was brokering for sale. Kyle was on time and reasonable. When I decided to install an HVAC system in my own house I knew who I wanted to use. My husband asked if I had gotten other estimates. I said no. He asked if I trusted Kyle. I said yes, absolutely. I over analyze everything, but did not need to on this decision. I was in my house the entire time the installation was taking place since I work from home. This included installing duct-work throughout our crawl space which only has access through a hatch in our master closet. And we have light cream carpet in the entire house. Patrick was the primary on the duct installation and did a great job. He was neat, quite, and totally respectful. I would give 10 STARS if I could. Every time I have every contacted Kyle he has been very responsive. My installed was scheduled 3 weeks in advance and he came on the day and at the time promised. And it was completed as promised.

Kyle did a great job installing our new furnace, and explained the operation thoroughly. The smart thermostat he installed is easy to operate, and we can feel comfortable that everything is working well if we're away from home. We would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs a new furnace or is in need of service on an existing furnace or air conditioner.

Red Lodge is not an easy place to get work done. Kyle at A&S actually answered an email inquiry on Father’s Day and we received a call back within 10 minutes of sending it. Boiler went bad on Saturday and Kyle came out Monday afternoon as promised. Showed up on time Wednesday morning and we had hot water before noon with a new boiler installation. Quality work at a fair price. Would highly recommend Kyle and A&S.

Many thanks to Kyle for his expert installation of a gas heater in my (very out-of-plumb) Victorian sunroom. Despite the challenges involved in remodeling older homes, Kyle was efficient, professional, pleasant, and left the work area spotless ly clean!
