Gave quote to install AC for storm damage. Placed equipment. Charged entire amount. Did not return calls. provided ZERO documentation. Submitted bill to collections without even returning calls. Now wants insurance to pay entire quote. Told me they figured I knew how to finish installation. Submitted earlier review. It was deleted.

Precision told us they could trouble-shoot and repair our Triangle Tube boiler. Their service tech spent 6.5 hours at our house (@$105.00 per hour) reading a manual and then told us “I can’t figure it out”. He did not repair the hot water heater, but we still received a $832.00 bill!!

Had a gas line leak & MDU shut down service. Precision Plumbing & Heating came out figured out the issues & Delbert & his co-worker were very professional...work very hard to fix the problems so our gas could be turned back on.

Bad service had to have then back 2 time to install units right. The unit that was put in was still not done right so the heater does not work and I am going to have to rip out a part of the wall so I can fix it. Over all, I am not satisfied with my service and I would not recommend this business to anyone!

These guys installed all of our plumbing in our brand new house 3 years ago. Within the first year my cold water stop on the toilet was leaking, when I called for service they acted like I was a moron because it couldn't possibly fail at the stop so quickly, well it did. And sure enough in the 3 years I've had the house I'm now in the middle of replacing the third stop. So either the plumber who did the install screwed up terribly, or these guys are using sub par product.
