We recently hired Precision Plumbing to replace a portion of our main drain (inside) and sewer line (outside). We got several bids for this work and Precision's bid was by far the lowest. This job would require them to remove the old pipe from our foundation wall and then seal it back up after the new pipe was installed. Out of all the plumbers we talked to, Precision just seemed the most competent for this type of job. Scheduling the job was easy and they were very flexible. Delbert and Joe were the plumbers and they did a fantastic job. They were very polite and answered all my questions. Precision will be my first choice for any larger plumbing jobs in the future.

I cannot give enough praise to these guys. When our contractor let us down over and over, these guys stepped up and went so above and beyond. We now have an incredibly beautiful tub and toilet that they knocked out of the park. Delbert and Patrick are great guys to work with, and Delbert is my go to guy for work. Incredible craftsmanship, and attention to detail. He knows his stuff! Thanks for everything guys!!

They repaired another plumber's subpar work and did a great job and I thought the pricing was reasonable.

I called several companies over the weekend for a minor issue. Precision Plumbing was the first to call me back early Monday morning. Delbert was on time, very professional and focused. He completed work with time to spare when I had remembered another smaller issue. He said no problem and then gave us a new customer discount! Highly recommended!

I've only had the best of experiences with Precision Plumbing & Heating. The guys just put in a new faucet and fixed my toilet late on a Friday afternoon. Their work ethic is amazing! And, they know what their doing. They saved my daughter a ton of money on her central air by replacing the motor and came to her house after hours to fix a plumbing issue.

Top notch service in every area. I've had them in twice; once to rough-in a bathroom and again to finish the fixtures. They work fast, careful and cut NO corners. No time was wasted with finding a tool or having the wrong part.
I loved how they answered my questions and showed me the things a homeowner needs to know. Polite and professional, these are best and only plumbers I'll ever call.

We’ve used Precision several times for our ancient and complex plumbing in our 109 year old home. Delbert was 100% professional and thorough, AND efficient. It was less than $200 for a complex repair. Highly recommend!

Terrible terrible terrible, they have been to my apartment 4 or 5 times, and I still get scalding hot and freezing water in the shower. I am in an apartment, of course I do not own it, that doesn't mean I should have to have the problems I'm having. I am disabled and have a hard time moving quickly, I get super cold water hitting me and then very hot water and I can't get out of the way. This is a brand-new complex and after our maintenance management has repeatedly called to get the problem fixed, I was told to try and call and deal with them myself! Never would I recommend them.

I had a repair job on my hot water system for my home. After the technician left, the system incurred a follow-up problem. I talked to Dave, the owner/manager. He said "No problem. We'll be right back out to handle that follow-up problem." They did. Thanks....

Amazing customer service. Honest professional and fast. I have called them twice for service on my furnace. This time I called at 630am in a panic because my AC went out on a 90+degree week. Got a call back by 7am and my AC was up and running by 9am!! Affordable!
