Ricky, showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He put slippers over his shoes, was careful not to disturb anything, explained in detail what needed to be done and the cost of the parts and labor. It was a cold miserable day, so I was delighted when Gwen told me she would send Ricky out ASAP. Ricky called ahead to let me know when he would be here and and hour later my furnace was fixed and running like new. Thank you Ricky, Gwen and Unique Heating and Cooling!!!

This is a long overdue review of our experience with Unique Heating and Cooling last December. Three days before Christmas one of our furnaces stopped working. Yes, we have two units in our two story home, and while many HVAC companies may have been content to let us wait out the weekend (or even the holiday) with one working unit, Unique was not. Within an hour or so the owner himself was knocking at our door. Getting his hands on the part needed may have been easy on a weekday, but on a Saturday, options were limited. He made several phone calls to find a supplier who was open and then drove out of his way to pick up the part. Thanks to Unique, we were up an running within a few hours of our call for help. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family in need of HVAC work.

very unfortunate to have called this place, my heater was not working and asked if they could look at it to see if it was fixable, the person that answered of course said yes, but did not tell me of any service fee instead she went straight to “let me find you a technician right away” The guy came looked at it was in and out in less than 5 mins, and said someone else would be in touch with me because he said it was an older model that replacing would be best. They are billing be $141 for that answer. I had already called one other place before them so i could let my landlord know and of course there was no fee for them to just look at it.

Gary was a very polite and friendly young man. Knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain things to us in laymen terms so that we understood. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Dakota came out right on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem for a reasonable price in one visit! Can’t ask for more than that. Dakota was very personable and professional.

Technician was nice, quick, and even showed me how to change out the battery on my thermostat. Great experience with a knowledgeable professional.
