Great service and super prompt response by phone. You can tell you aren't being put into a Que. He also listens to you describe the problem and was very upfront that there would be a slight additional charge because of the difficult way to access our four story building, which does not have a proper roof access point. Thanks for getting my condo cool again!

One of the things I worried most about when purchasing my first home was maintaining major systems like my furnace and air conditioning. So, of course I had a problem the week I moved in. The STL H&A tech came out and explained what was wrong (user error!) and spent time to walk me through my system and taught me to use my digital thermostat very patiently. He didn't try to sell me at all, but mentioned the service plan when I displayed my lack of filter changing skills. I jumped on it and couldn't be happier. I've got this homeowner thing in the bag!
