Harster quickly replaced my broken air conditioner that failed during a heat wave a couple of weeks ago. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service Harster provided, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

We came home to our furnace clicking on, but not blowing hot air and soon shutting off. Brr! We just bought this house a few months ago, and decided to call Harster because...that was the name of the company on the sticker on the furnace!

2-3 hours after my call this morning, a very friendly and knowledgeable technician came out. He fixed the furnace quickly (broken ignitor), and let us know about Harster's service plan. This service plan saved us a lot of money today, and has got our new home off on the right foot with scheduled furnace and AC cleaning and maintenance checks. The technician, Jim, also kindly spent a lot of time answering my "new homeowner" questions and helped alleviate some of my ignorance of what to do when there's no landlord to call!

I was expecting "okay", and am pleased to say Harster Heating & Air Conditioning delivered far beyond my expectations! Thank you!

This week, our AC was blowing neutral air without cooling the house. We called the next morning at 8 am and they were out that day by 10:30 am to check it out. As soon as he arrived, the tech knew immediatly what the problem was once we described the symptoms. He went outside and quickly replaced a burnt out wire on our ac compressor. We initially thought we were going to have to get a new AC since it is nearing the end of its life cycle, so getting the diagnosis and fix for much cheaper than we originally thought was so relieving. When it’s time to get a new AC finally (probably next year) we will definitely be giving Harster a call! Thank you for making my week!

As a first time homeowner, I've had Harster at my house for 2 different issues. Each time they were quick, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.

I called at 11:00 about a heating problem with our furnace that I was hoping to get taken care of quickly. By 1:00 everything was taken care of for a very reasonable price. From my interaction with whoever answered the phone (I think her name was Carly) to the technician onsite, everyone went out of their way to make it easy for me. They did a great job and I could not be happier.

From start to finish, and from in the office through the techs, these guys were a pleasure to deal with. Heat was out at my elderly mother's house and they had it diagnosed and a new furnace installed by the next day. Everyone I dealt with was experienced, capable, honest and friendly. Great place.

Excellent service...last Friday, 7/19/19 our air conditioner stopped working. It was an extremely hot day...I called Harster at 12:45 by 2PM the same day our unit was repaired and working again!!! Amazing service, HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you so very much!!

Kyle just left after putting a brace on the duct work in my basement. He fixed the problem in a short time and now there will be silence after the furnace goes off. Harster has great employees. Thank you.

The compressor stopped working while i had a dinner party, it was 5 years old and I had it serviced that spring. This year, almost six years old, it has a freon leak which can't be repaired. It will be money spent each year until I replace it. I had hoped to make it 10 years.

In and out within two hours of placing my call. Office staff very professional. Service man was an expert. Fixed it and was on his way. No mess left behind. Cost was very reasonable.
