This company did not fix my ac at all. They were assigned by our home warranty and now my wedding and engagement ring are gone.

AWFUL COMPANY! The tech is either too lazy to do any work or too clueless to understand how to do his job. And then when I talk to the ghetto girl that answers the phone, she cuts you off before you can finish your sentence and has the audacity to raise her voice. I'm getting on NextDoor now to tell everyone not to use this company EVER!!!

My experience with this company was by far the best service I have ever had. They knew what they were talking about, and worked extremely hard to fix the problem ASAP. I would recommend 1 Source to anyone and everyone!

Great group of people. Installed my new AC unit within a couple hours.

They lie to their customers about what’s needed to ramp up cost. Others have experienced the same issue with this company. Don’t use.
